Our pricing includes exclusive use of the entire venue, giving you complete privacy in a truly picturesque woodland setting. Your guests will also benefit from spacious on-site parking, so arrival is easy and stress-free.

You’ll enjoy the use of our three beautifully lit stretch tents, creating a stunning and sheltered space for dining, dancing and celebrating, whatever the weather, and with only one wedding a week, we can provide unrivalled setup time. It's all about effortless summer elegance.

Our venue is thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need for a smooth, stylish, and relaxed celebration. You’ll have access to our woodland kitchen, unique ‘horsebox’ toilet facilities with baby changing, and ample parking. We also offer viable disabled access to make sure every guest can enjoy the day with ease.

Our covered outdoor cocktail bar is the perfect place for guests to gather, relax and enjoy bespoke drinks beneath the trees, no matter the weather. Paired with our fully licensed main bar, you'll have everything in place for a memorable, summer-long celebration.

With capacity for up to 132 day guests and 160 in the evening (larger numbers by arrangement), The Oak Grove is your canvas for a relaxed, joy-filled wedding in nature, where every detail has been considered, and the good times flow from ceremony to last dance.

The natural beauty of the venue is breathtaking, and Tracy went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and just as we imagined. Roz, Bec, and Audrey were amazing—so kind and attentive. The staff were incredible—everything ran seamlessly thanks to Pui and the amazing team. They kept the day stress-free, even managing the aisle walk perfectly. Guests loved the spacious setting, fairy lights, and cocktail cart. The decor, bar, and cosy areas were flawless, and every detail felt effortless. The venue’s relaxed, festival vibe was perfect, and our guests loved the space and cosy areas. Huge thanks to Stacy, Roz, and all the amazing staff who were funny, calm, and so caring. The Oak Grove is located in a quiet, rural area near Upchurch, Kent. For the most accurate directions, please enter our postcode into Google Maps or your sat nav — this will bring you directly to us. As we’re in the countryside, some roads nearby are narrow and can be dark at night, so please drive carefully. If you’re arriving by train, the nearest stations are Sittingbourne and Rainham, both around a 10–15 minute taxi ride away. We recommend booking taxis in advance, as local services can be limited, especially later in the evening. There is on-site parking available for guests.
