I have been working at The Millers for 11 years now and I have covered many roles within the hotel, but I have been the Meeting & Events coordinator for 9 years. I also help and support the coordinators from the other 38 Greene King 'Venture' hotels. I thoroughly enjoy helping you to arrange your perfect day - I love to know how you met & knowing how to may your day extra special. What time does the bar close?

Last orders are called at 11.30pm for the bar to close at 12 midnight

How many people can attend a ceremony?

our ceremony room is licensed for 60 people.

This is broken down to: the happy couple, 55 guests, 2 registrars and 1 member of The Millers management team

what time is music allowed until?

We are licensed to music until 12 midnight (Friday/Saturday) this time many differ for weekdays

How many bedrooms do you have?

we have 37 bedrooms altogether:

x24 Double rooms

x5 Twin rooms

x5 Single rooms

x1 Superior

& x2 Family Rooms (sleep 3 people)

Do you allow outside caterers?

We do not allow outside caterers.

We will allow, sweet carts or a donut wall. However, we have a wide variety of options that we can offer in house, which is why we do not allow any outside caterers

Do you dress the rooms?

We will cloth the tables and we can provide white linen napkins. However, we do not offer any further services - we do have a recommended suppliers list for you to contact for room dressing options

Can we bring our own alcohol?

This would be discussed at the time of a meeting with the wedding coordinator and at the manager's discretion - depending on item and quantity
