We also offer a self-catered package from £4,000.00, including access to our Phoenix Suite from 09:00 - 00:00 on your wedding day.

They were fantastic and we had the most amazing wedding day. From the planning to the big day it was better than we could have imagined. Zoe was very thorough with everything whilst we were planning the wedding. On the wedding day, everyone was so helpful, the food was lovely and the Phoenix Suite looked perfect. We are still on cloud 9 and we are so glad that we chose Draycote.We had our wedding at Draycote on Saturday and we can’t thank Zoe, Sasha, Allan and the rest of the team enough. They were fantastic and we had the most amazing wedding day. From the planning to the big day it was better than we could have imagined. The attention we received from the staff before, during, and after the big day was exceptional. The food was gorgeous, and everything was taken care of. We would like to give a very special mention to Zoe, who took over the organising a months after we booked and made us feel at ease from the very moment we met her. If we wanted something to make the day even more special, Zoe would make sure it was done. Also a huge thank you to Allan, the MOC!We had our wedding here in September 2024. The venue was fantastic which was just the right size for the guests. I cannot fault anything, the food was delicious and plentiful (fit to burst after eating) and the staff were amazing, in particular Zoe and Alan whose help and coordination was invaluable. The room looked beautiful and all the guests had a fabulous time. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for a wedding venue they truly go above and beyond. Draycote was one of the first places we looked round and within 5 minutes I’d decided I wanted to get married here (Ian’s charm won us round!) From the start Megan was always on hand to help. Always replying to emails quickly, meeting us to discuss details etc. I never once felt nervous about the wedding as I knew that Megan and Ian had it all sorted. The day of our wedding was perfect. I couldn’t of hoped for a better day. The hotel looked stunning and the attention to detail for the ceremony/reception room was lovely. The food was also delicious and all my guests commented on how nice it was. Overall the day just ran so smoothly and that’s thanks to the great team at the Draycote. Nothing was too much for them and I felt they all went above and beyond for us. In my opinion this hotel should be rated as a 5* for weddings. Big ,massive thanks again to Ian and Megan. Emma was there for all of the planning stages and ensured that every detail was captured, then on the big day the whole team were amazing, there in the background making sure they delivered our vision. Ian especially worked tirelessly to ensure our day went to plan. We wanted our guests to not only enjoy the day but to feel relaxed and that is the exact feedback we had from so many. The food was exceptional, we were welcomed to input to the menu and many guests said it was the best wedding food they have had. From the initial booking to the wedding day they have been so flexible and nothing was too much trouble . We made a lot of decorations ourselves and needed time to build these the day before - we were given a room and plenty of time to do this. I know some wedding venues have strict drop off times. As 2 brides we both wanted to have the moment of walking down the aisle to our guests and they made this happen by utilising other entrances/ rooms prior to the ceremony. Our guests commented how good the food was and the portions were very generous! A special thanks have to be to Megan - your organisation and attention to detail made us feel that we were in safe hands and you were a great help on the day. Also to Ian, now known by our families as “the lovely Ian” who went above and beyond to make sure we and all our guests were happy. All of the staff were top class from the lady on reception to the lady in the restaurant who bagged me up a takeaway breakfast when I was too hungover - sorry we don’t know your names to thank you personally. Our guests said how smoothly the day ran but also how relaxed and chilled it was - testament to the staff having things under control. If you want a personal, flexible wedding where the staff really look after you, we could not recommend the Draycote enough.We feel so lucky to have had our wedding here in December 2022. Videographer or a team of 2 photographers! You only get married once and spend money for one day, make sure you have plenty of memories and different persectives of the day (even if you weren't there in the day at that point.)
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
a loved lost one having a seat during the ceremony. A simple sign that wouldn't upset them if they saw their face on a chair but their name that made them smile when they saw it.
