Just a quick email to say thank you for ensuring our wedding day went according to plan. We had a fantastic day with lovely weather. Please also pass on our thanks to Pravin who was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He was highly thought of by all of our guests.

Thank you to you and you're team. Our wedding was magnificent. All the reception was a complete success. Big Thank you to all staff who was involved. Food excellent event for my aunt whom chef did special food at extreme short notice.

I cannot even put into words how amazing our special day was here at the Mercure. My husband and I couldn't have asked for the day to go any better than it did. Our food was brilliant and the staff were lovely, we were looked after well from beginning to end. All of our guests enjoyed their time as much as we did and for that we both thank you all very much.

Thank you very much for all of your hard work yesterday The feedback from myself and guests is as follows 1 the staff were very helpful and courteous , friendly and nothing was too much trouble 2 the food was excellent and portion sizes were great 3 nothing fazed you I would recommend that anyone considering a wedding at the Great Danes just book it and relax I will be contacting head office to tell them how awesome you all were And once again thank you it was brill xxx

Once again thank you for all your help with arranging my sister’s wedding at the weekend, everything went far better/smoother than expected. The Events Manager was constantly on hand to help with any request and we did seem to have a few ! but nothing was too much trouble. We were all very thankful for his help and he proved to be a wonderful example of what good customer service and not just a nice setting can bring to an occasion.

It was a fantastic time bloody hot day but everything was all on planned all on time The food was lovely hospitality for the day was lovely

I can’t thank everyone at Mercure enough for making our wedding a dream come true, the venue it’s self was amazing and put my ideas and made it complete.. the wedding breakfast and evening buffet was gorgeous everyone said how good it was.. and the all the staff were so sweet, attentive and spot on. Thank you to everyone. I can’t thank Tara, Ollie and Pravin enough for everything they have done for us, you are all so amazing and made our day perfect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

I booked my wedding in 2016 for a 2020 spring wedding.... 1 week before my date covid lockdown hit. Kelly was truly amazing throughout every little panic I had and through my 4 date changes she was my go to for support and reassurance, she was exactly what I needed in such a time of uncertainty. So fast forward 2 years I finally had my day and she was there to make sure i made it down the aisle and her team where so attentive, I have to give a shout out to Adam, in his new role he flourished

I just want to say one BIG thank you to all the team at The Hotel, especially Kelly, Adam and Ryan. My daughter Tasha got married there over the jubilee weekend. Kelly is fabulous and sorts everything out, nothing is too much trouble. Adam looked after us throughout the day/evening and everything ran like clockwork, it was perfection.
