Melissa was simply exceptional at making sure the whole day ran like clockwork and was always on hand and pre-empting our needs. We can’t thank or recommend Melissa enough. We recommend the Cromwell Suite, followed by the champagne bar for a meal. We held a small intimate wedding at the Lygon Arms Hotel (02/03/24) for just 16x family & friends and it was fantastic. From the beginning of planning to the event itself we couldn’t have been better looked after. Events Coordinator, Melissa, went above and beyond at every stage to make sure everything was in place for our special day. She thought of every detail, including things we hadn’t thought of ourselves, and liaised with the florist, photographer, registrar etc. to ensure everything ran smoothly. We held our small wedding at The Lygon Arms in June staying overnight from Friday to Sunday. From the beginning of planning to the event itself we couldn’t have been better looked after. Events Coordinator, Melissa, went above and beyond at every stage to make sure everything was in place for our special day. She thought of every detail, including things we hadn’t thought of ourselves, and liaised with the florist, photographer, registrar etc. to ensure everything ran smoothly.

From helping us unload our car, to getting things to various event rooms and accommodations, to settling our minds that all would be well next day. Jason and Melissa made sure the big day would be perfect and were unflappable and smiling - as were all the other staff. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, the bridal ceremony was perfect and the food was excellent. From the moment we arrived (bride to be, her mom and maid of honor) everything was perfect. From helping us unload our car, to getting things to various event rooms and accommodations, to settling our minds that all would be well next day. Jason and Melissa made sure the big day would be perfect and were unflappable and smiling - as were all the other staff. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, the bridal ceremony was perfect and the food was excellent.

For dinner we split ourselves between Flipside, Russells Fish & Chips and The Lygon Arms and had a fantastic evening. The wedding day was perfect. Everything we could have wished for.
