The Little Green Wedding Barn isn't just 'another wedding venue' and was crowned Best Barn Venue in the East of England in the 2022 Wedding Industry Awards.
The Wedding Barn is a traditional Suffolk Barn from the 17th Century which is Grade II Listed. It’s an impressive structure that offers a perfect blend of rustic charm alongside contemporary elegance.
We know just how much there is to think about when planning a wedding, which is why we keep things simple by offering a straightforward pricing structure.
We offer exclusive use of the entire venue, which consists of: The Granary, The Great Barn, The Courtyard, the Modern Glazed Extension and all their amenities.
Once you book with us, we ensure that you enjoy every aspect of your wedding here at The Little Green Wedding Barn - from the planning and preparations, to setting up on the day before, to the Wedding Day itself, of course!
We make a point of offering personal and professional assistance in the build-up to your wedding - just call or email us with your questions and we’ll get back to you with useful tips and guidance to help you on your way!
When your Big Day finally arrives, you have the day before to set up and make the venue your own, so there's no rush or no stress!
On the day, Paul will be onsite to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes liaising with your suppliers, welcoming guests and looking after the couple, so you don't have anything to worry about.
Wedding Ceremonies are held in The Granary (90 seated) – a very special intimate building and the perfect place to say ‘I Do’. Alternatively larger numbers can be accommodated in The Great Barn or out on the lawn for an open air ceremony (up to 150 guests)
In 2024 our brand new fully air conditioned bridal suite will be available for up to 12 people, which consists of six double bedrooms with open plan living space with countryside views.

Exclusive access to The Little Green Wedding Barn venue across a three-day period so you can start to personalise the venue as required from 10am the day before the big day; until midnight on the wedding day itself; until 10am the next day for take down.
Make our rustic barn your own with all you need for your perfect day included - everything you would expect from the tables and chairs (rustic cross-back), to the linen, cutlery, crockery and glassware. However, you are more than welcome to hire in any equipment, furnishings or crockery as required.
Use of all the different spaces including The Granary, The Great Barn, Courtyard and our modern extension.
Purpose-built bar and dancefloor with stage in our contemporary air-conditioned glazed extension.
Access to our dedicated team to assist you - Paul & Sarah will be on hand throughout.

Not only was it perfect for us, but Paul is an absolute legend. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, even before we’d booked LGWB. We used multiple suppliers that showcased at a wedding fair at LGWB, as well as using suppliers who had never been there before - Paul was just as helpful to these suppliers as he was to us. When Paul was unavailable to answer questions, his lovely wife Rosie was on hand to help us out. He’s so laid back without it being worrying and all the small details he had sorted for us before we’d even thought of them. Not only was he professional at every turn, he is such a great guy and we even had him doing the limbo on the wedding evening!! Our wedding day was perfect. Multiple guests commented on how brilliant the day was and mentioned specifically about how slick the team were, going from ceremony to confetti to arrival drinks to the wedding breakfast. I’ve had friends comment on how they would like to get married there too. Using Paul’s experience, he helped us plan the most amazing day, offering advice such as a few months before the wedding “if you really wanted this thing, you would have booked it sooner” when I was debating booking an extra supplier and when we were discussing how much alcohol to put on for guests he warned us about it being a long day and people flagging before the day was finished. We negotiated times between Paul and our photographer using their experience, Paul made cocktails specifically for us to share with our guests, the staff packed up for us so it was ready for us to collect the next day with sore heads. The food was absolutely incredible too; I am such a fussy eater as were a few of our guests so I was conscious of this, but we heard nothing but excellent comments about the food - even from the fusspots! I highly recommend visiting The Fox and Goose in Fressingfield, Paul and Rosie’s gorgeous pub. There is also new accommodation at the venue with air con in every room which was an absolute godsend for our very hot end of June wedding! The make up artist, hairdressers and photographer all commented on what a rare treat this is and was appreciated by us all. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the showers were nicer than ours at home! Truly it was such a brilliant day and I can’t thank Paul and his team enough. The service was amazing and I so calm and quick. We have received no end of compliments about the fantastic food too!! Paul has been so helpful over the last two years whilst we were planning our Big Day. Food tasting was also an amazing experience at their beautiful pub. We will be back! The accommodation and venue were absolutely spotless. The accommodation is amazing and a very sociable space. The beds were super comfy and very much needed after an amazing, but very long day!! Our day has so many wonderful memories and we are so happy we chose to get married here. All of the Little Green Wedding Barn team do an amazing job. We received so many lovely messages and comments from guests about how much they liked the venue and delicious meal. My favourite was our desert - truly incredible! We had the best party celebrating our marriage. There are lots of seats and for the ones who want to be in the buzz, but not always on the dance floor - it's perfect! Paul was so supportive with the pre-planning and reassured me countless times. Setting up the day before was a breeze and Paul easily handled our never ending questions. He even calmed my maid of honour, who was very grateful for his understanding about her feelings towards the pet chicken (who is cute and friendly). Both our parents were impressed by Paul, the venue and accommodation. This meant a lot considering how much they helped us. The stunning accommodation is worth every penny. From the moment we stepped through the door on our first viewing we knew this was the venue for us. The mix of heritage barn and modern venue was perfect as it had the right atmosphere and space for the day we wanted. Plus the grounds and the location are gorgeous. The ceremony room was beautiful, as was the dining space. Paul and his team are incredible- they are flexible and efficient, no question is too trivial! We went back to visit several times to ensure everything was what we needed and Paul was always helpful and reassuring. Setting up on the day (we did it ourselves) was simple and we had all the help we needed from the team. The first time we met Paul and saw the barn we knew that this was the perfect wedding venue for us the barn is full of character and the outdoor surroundings are beautiful with plenty of space to have photos taken with a sunset in the background. Paul and his Team were amazing from start to finish and would always respond via email to any queries we had regardless of how small or large these were. Finally the food that we had at our wedding was delicious and all our guests were catered for. Thank you to Paul, Rosie and the team for making our wedding one to remember and allowing us to create so many memories which we will cherish forever.
