Nestled in the Kent countryside, The House Meadow offers a truly magical setting for summer weddings. Whether you imagine a rustic barn celebration, a romantic marquee, a whimsical teepee or even a show-stopping big top! Our grounds are yours to make your vision a reality.
We offer exclusive Saturday hire from May through to September, giving you complete freedom and flexibility. Choose your own suppliers, style the space your way, and enjoy a venue that’s full of character, charm and endless countryside views.
Our beautifully natural, landscaped grounds provide a stunning backdrop for your day - with wildflower meadows, a lake, and plenty of picturesque corners for photographs and exploring.
We understand that wedding planning can be overwhelming, so from your first visit through to the final dance, our experienced team will be by your side with advice, guidance, and support. On the big day itself, we’re there from dawn until dusk to make sure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

Our unspoilt farm barn is ideal for smaller, more intimate weddings. With seating for up to 70 guests for your wedding meal and space for up to 110 in the evening, it’s the perfect space for a warm, welcoming celebration.
Filled with ancient oak timbers and plenty of natural charm, the barn offers a beautifully blank canvas for you to personalise. Whether you add florals, lighting or long banquet tables, it’s yours to make your own.

One of the best venues I have been to and subsequently one of the best weddings I have been to. On arrival, walking past the horses & stables, then welcomed by thier picturesque lake and finally greeted by friends inside a very handsome barn. We're a sucker for personalised vows and heartfelt speeches. We love it when the ladies do the talking too, bridesmaids and brides deliver some of our favourite speeches :)
