I have the privilege of being a recommended supplier to The Haybarn. Such a stunning venue set in rural Herefordshire. Louise and team share my ethos regarding using local, natural ingredients and it's an absolute pleasure working with them. It really is a hidden gem !

We got married at the Haybarn in June 2023. The Haybarn is a beautiful, fun venue which we fell in love with! The team were so helpful throughout, helping us throughout the process but being flexible and letting us do us throughout the day! We had the most amazing wedding and are so happy we booked the Haybarn! Thank you so much Haybarn team! You are all wonderful 👏

Perfect place for a perfect wedding!

Just wow! Where do we begin. We had the most wonderful wedding day at The Haybarn. From our very first visit we knew it felt perfect for us. We really can’t thank Emma, Becca, Louise and all staff at The Haybarn for making sure we had an amazing day. The venue is simply stunning, relaxed and so welcoming. All our family and friends said how beautiful the place was. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat if we could.

Amazing venue Absolutely amazing venue! So beautiful and relaxing. All our guest thoroughly enjoyed the day/night with having option to be indoor or outdoor! The kids loves the animals and all the space to run around and be kids. Louise and the team were so welcoming and helped with anything that we requested and were on hand whenever we needed them to be. I would get married here over and over again 🥰

Truly cannot recommend The Haybarn enough. We had the most wonderful day we ever could have dreamed of. It was beautifulh and seamless right from the start. Emma and Becca were absolutely fabulous and so helpful throughout the process despite all the COVID ups and downs over the last 18 months. On the day they had absolutely everything in hand and it was perfect. The best day of our lives, we cannot thank you enough!

I would not hesitate to recommend The Haybarn to any couple looking for their perfect countryside venue!! Throughout our day we had guest after guest compliment our venue, it’s uniqueness, setting, relaxed vibe and how much it suited “us” as a couple. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better day! Communication with Becca & Emma was brilliant throughout, any query answered and more so them gently nudging us on things we had forgotten about. Pandemic wedding has stressful to say the least but The Haybarn we’re so supportive and understanding and simply couldn’t do enough for us. No amount of thanks will express how incredible our day was and how grateful we are to The Haybarn for hosting it.

We chose The Haybarn as our wedding venue and couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Emma & Becca & the team were incredibly helpful, accommodating and well-organised from start to finish. They answered any questions we had quickly & thoroughly & helped with the organisation of the day. They met with us & our suppliers several times to ensure we were happy with the plans. The whole team were incredibly friendly & ensured our guests had a fab time. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. So many of our guests said they were blown away by how beautiful it was. The small details arranged by the team at The Haybarn such as the lamps outside and the fire-pit made it even more special. They had thought of every detail! The accommodation was a huge bonus and I would thoroughly recommend making a weekend of it with guests and family as it is such a beautiful place. We would absolutely recommend The Haybarn to anyone as a wedding venue- we agreed that, even with all money in the world, we'd still choose The Haybarn for our Wedding Day!

Thank you so unbelievably much for everything for our wedding day. You made a monumental effort for us and we are so happy with everything about our day.
