The Cumberland Hotel, Bournemouth

The whole day was perfect from start to finish Chloe is always easy to contact and the staff was so friendly and helpful all day long. The food was brilliant and portions was bigger than any other wedding Iv been to highly recommend

I had my wedding at the Cumberland and I couldn’t fault them at all the wedding coordinator Chloe was lovely and everything that we wanted on our special day she tried to make happen thank you Chloe highly recommended I also spent the night before the wedding at the hotel which was so much easier our wedding was completely stress free which is what every bride needs

Me and my husband had a fantastic time in The Cumberland hotel in Red room. We celebrated our lovely wedding with my friends and family. I would like to thank you amazing team especially Lisa Dowdall-Sousa who organised everything so perfectly like she read my mind :D how I want everything to be located. Thank you to her husband Inacio who made sure everything went well on that day. Thank you to Edward Pickering who created a magic in the room. Especially thank you to chef and waiting staff.

The wedding planner Chloe worked so hard to make our dreams come true and she smashed it. Everything was on point, the food, the service, the rooms were perfect and the venue was beautiful. The staff were amazing as well very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and if anything was spilt there was someone straight away cleaning up. Thank you everyone at the Cumberland for making our day so special! We will be back.

I honestly cannot recommend the Cumberland and the staff enough! Our wedding was in June 2023 and from our first visit we were made to feel amazing! No request was too big and Chloe went above and beyond to make sure our day went as perfectly as possible I highly recommend if you’re looking for the perfect hotel wedding venue you will not be disappointed here the price point was the best we looked at and absolutely amazing value for the 5* service we were provided with

Everything from the moment we arrived until the time we left was excellent. All of the staff that we came into contact with were very friendly and professional The food was super, We attended a wedding which again was first class. Thanks to all involved Ayer would recommend this hotel.

What a magnificent venue for an event! Edward Pickering guided us expertly through the process of planning the wedding reception for my son and his bride. He gave sensible and experienced advice and really listened to us and our needs. He kept in touch and answered our questions promptly. On the day the room was set up perfectly and Ed was on hand to welcome guests with a warm smile and show them to the Red Room for welcome drinks.

To cut, what could be a very long story short, the day was a massive success. The ceremony was commented on by several guests. The day flowed as planned, the food was wonderful. Our planner Edward, who was overseeing his first solo wedding, was in the wings the whole time, making sure all went accordning to plan. Anything that was needed was arranged. We didn't have to worry about a thing and we had an absolutley amazing weekend. We would like to thank Edward, Zack, Inacio and the their teams

I am writing to say how delighted were with our wedding reception at the Cumberland Hotel Bournemouth on 2/11/2024. The organisation and timing was perfect. Lisa Dowdall Sousa, Inacio and Argha plus all the waiting staff were courteous, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. They even made provision for our special needs grandson. The Cumberland Hotel and all staff are a credit to your organisation. We will definitely be visiting again. Thanks again.
