Queens Hotel & Spa

The hotel service was exceptional, with reception, bar staff etc providing an exceptional service. The food was good, location near the beach and town centre was close. Would recommend to anyone looking to spend time in this location. We left something in our room and the hotel was very professional in sourcing and posting the item on. Five stars every day.

Our room was superb, queen bed, huge floor space, waterfall shower with no pressure issues! All of the Food served during was superb, catering for all dietary requirements. Hotel couldn’t do enough for us, any small issues were sorted! All in all a terrific weekend, all guests found the Hotel to be very accommodating.

I would highly recommend this hotel as a very good venue for this type of event and very good value for money

The rooms are modern and light. Beds extremely comfy. We had a prestige room which was larger with a double size shower. Location into town and beach 5 and 10 min walk. Ideal if you want to get your hair done for an event there. If your looking to have a masonic weekend here or wedding you won’t be disappointed!

Brilliant venue. Very accommodating to all of our requests and needs. Very friendly staff always willing to help and join in celebrating our wedding. Can't thank you guys enough, fantastic!

My partner and I visited The Queens as a potential wedding venue in the middle of 2015. From the moment we met the Sales and Operations manager we knew this would be the place. After a few more visits and meetings we put down our deposit and as they say...the rest is history. In the months leading up to the function we had many meetings and many requests and I don't thin we challenged them enough, I can honestly say they delivered. Yesterday, we had our big day, it ran smoothly, efficiently and on time without a glitch from the hotel. We would both like to thank all the staff at The Queens for all their hard work and continued support through one of the hardest yet best days of our lives.

All the staff did an excellent job of organising our Silver Wedding celebrations, Steve and I had a day we will never forget and were extremely thankful for everything everyone contributed to the day. At no point throughout the day were we stressed about the room, the food or the running of the event and then to all be able to sit together at breakfast on reserved tables was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much and we will most certainly be recommending you in the future.

Just want to say a massive thank you to The Queens for making my cousin's special day absolutely perfect. Everyone commented on how lovely the food was and how reasonably priced the bar was. The staff were all great, friendly and helpful from Reception, management, bar & waiting staff, cannot fault them at all. Thank you so much, you have a product to be proud of.
