The hotel is a well established chain but it has the feeling of being a cosy family run hotel. Has a spa with swimming pool. Is in the heart of Boroughbridge with local shops close by. Amazing quaint but remodernised hotel in a beautiful village. A converted coach house with a spa/swimming pool and gym with the most tastefully decorated bars, restaurant and hotel rooms. The warmest of welcomes received on arrival and every facility available in our deluxe double bedroom, even a bowl, doggy treat and poop bags for our little dogs. The bathroom had luxury white towels and lovely branded lotions. Ample supplies for hot drinks, kettle and coffee maker. Due to hot weather we made uAmazing quaint but remodernised hotel in a beautiful village. Lovely hotel, from the welcome on arrival by the receptionist, to the fantastic food, attentive staff, great spa facilities, and comfortable beds. We couldn't fault this place and would recommend it. Stayed here some years ago and it was nice then but it appears to have had some work done in the interim and is absolutely beautiful now. We just called in for a drink and the standards of decor and cleanliness are outstanding. Service is good too and the beer is great. Stayed here for business overnight. Was given a free upgraded room that came with complimentary breakfast. The evening meal was divine and reasonably priced. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Free parking on site. Highly recommend, would stay again!Stayed here for business overnight. What a charming historical find so close to the motorway. Nice explorable surroundings. Comfortable room and hotel with all the facilities you should need. Lovely and helpful staff and locals. I will definitely come again for pleasure. “Learn from the smaller Guys, bigger chains” this hotel was like home from home retreat and I regretted having to leave for my conference the following day .What a charming historical find so close to the motorway. Nice explorable surroundings. Comfortable room and hotel with all the facilities you should need. Lovely and helpful staff and locals. I will definitely come again for pleasure. “Learn from the smaller Guys, bigger chains” this hotel was like home from home retreat and I regretted having to leave for my conference the following day .

Very tastefully decorated hotel with some really interesting artwork on the walls, it was a pleasure to look at the pictures while walking through the hotel. Loved the pictures of our late Queen and Prince Phillip. The room was very nicely furnished with everything we needed including iron and board. We ate in the restaurant one night and the meal was exceptional. There is a pool at the hotel but unfortunately we didn’t get time to use it. Plenty of parking. Me and my sister have been here around 5-6 times now over the last 2 years we love it! The place is easy to get to and plenty of parking right outside, the staff are friendly! Very helpful and friendly male staff on reception too always happy to help! The afternoon tea is amazing teh scones today were still warm just baked yummy and the hot chocolate and tea were huge too! The spa use is simple but everything you need, jacuzzi, pool sauna, steam and showers,seating and hair dryers etc!!
