We hadcalot of Children at the venue from age 18 months to 11 but there was no child freindly crocery/glasses/ cups. The garden terrace we were told have sole use but we had the guest of hotel walking around the areas where we should have had sole use. We got charged a cancellation fee because the package we chose they decided we could not have. The menu was not like the tasting session so had a few complaints over this. In the evening we asked for all gluten free rolls with vegi option there was not enough for the guest My self (bride) never got anything and the (groom) had 1 roll. The children we asked for chips chicken nuggets and pizza....The chip were still frozen in middle and the chicken nuggets were raw in middle theses had to be sent back 3x before they were cooked correctly and fully cooked.The venu was lovely although we had a few issues with the venue.
