The Buttery and Glasshouse at The Bull Hotel

I instantly loved the venue and clicked with the coordinators and I knew this would be where we got married! They were so accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had a perfectly tailored package to us. Every single member of staff throughout the whole day was brilliant and knew exactly what they were doing. I felt at ease the whole time as I knew we were in safe hands with Emma and her team. It was the happiest day of our lives!!!

We couldn’t have picked a better venue. From the moment we went to view it, we knew we’d have to get married there. The rustic style of the pub and buttery and the modern glasshouse are the perfect match. The buttery and glasshouse really exceeded all of our expectations, and we had the most special wedding day there. Our wedding coordinator Emma was amazing and was a perfectionist in making sure that the day ran smoothly, you can tell she really cares about the couples she works with.

On the day of the wedding itself, they treated not only us but all of our guests like royalty and made every one of them feel relaxed and special. The extra special attention they paid to some of the older generation with mobility issues was extremely heartwarming, nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble.

We got married here just a few days ago, on Sat 8th June 2024. We fell in love with the venue when we visited on their summer open day last year and knew we had to book our wedding here. Amazing wedding venue and planning. Emma and the team made our dream day go seamlessly and we thoroughly enjoyed every second. The food, the space, the customer service and the thoughtfulness / attention to detail in the lead up and on the day. We loved the fact we could stay the night before with our close friends and family to set up and it made the morning after really relaxing. We even took our young daughter to the park round the corner after breakfast before the morning preparations began!

We have worked at the Buttery/Glass House for over 6 years now and it has been a pleasure throughout. The team are one of the most professional and accommodating in the business, and they have always offered us flexibility and a helping hand, something extremely rare within the wedding industry. The venue has evolved over the years and is looking the best it ever has. The stunning Glass House offers a unique venue like no other in Kent, and the beautiful rustic Buttery still has plenty to offer making it a wonderfully versatile venue. We got married at The Bull in late October, and would wholeheartedly recommend it as a wedding venue. We had the perfect amount of communication and check ins along the planning process. We were able to use The Buttery and The Glasshouse as blank slates to decorate to our heart’s content for our Autumnal theme, and the venue lent itself so well to our cosy and intimate celebrations. The food was incredible, so all our guests were very impressed and well fed!
