Our recently renovated Scoreboard Barn and outstanding marquee create the ideal backdrop for couples seeking the perfect venue.

The grounds are expansive and feature a large nature reserve, complete with a pond and sensory garden, enhancing the scenic beauty of the location. The adjacent cricket field adds to the charm, providing an exceptional setting for memorable photos.

We pride ourselves on being a flexible venue, dedicated to working closely with you as you plan your special day. If you have unique preferences or wish to explore unconventional ideas, simply let us know, we are more than happy to accommodate your requirements.

The story of The Boundary began in 2017 when Charlotte, one of the co founders, couldn't find a suitable reception venue for her own wedding. Faced with the need for flexibility, a blank canvas, and exceptional culinary offerings, the decision was made to create a venue. Collaborating with our incredible head chef, Jack, and business mind, Ian, The Boundary came to life. As a family-run business, we believe that our personal touch and attention to detail set us apart, ensuring a perfect day for each couple.

We strive to be a flexible venue and we will be pleased to work with you as you plan your day. If you want to do things differently, please tell us, we are very happy to accommodate your requirements. The Boundary began when my husband and I could not find a suitable reception venue for our wedding. Our wish was for a venue that was flexible, a blank canvas and an incredible food offering. The only option was to build a venue - and here we are!

What is the guest capacity of The Boundary for weddings?

The scoreboard barn holds 120 for a ceremony. The marquee can seat upto 270 for a seated meal in its current form. We can extend the marquee for larger numbers if required. The marquee can hold upto 350 for a evening standing reception.

Where is The Boundary Ballroom located and is it accessible for out-of-town guests?

The Boundary Ballroom is located in the heart of downtown Schiller Park, just minutes from Rosemont and O'Hare Airport, providing easy access for both local and out-of-town wedding guests.

Why do you not offer packages per person?

We believe weddings should be personal, not packaged

Pricing is built from a venue hire fee which depends on day of the week and time of the year. Followed by bespoke food and drink options per guest.

Simply choose the type of hire option that suits your day, then tailor the food and drink option to build your dream day!

Do you offer Twilight weddings or can we have just a party with you?

We offer three venue hire options, depending on the timing and flow of your celebration:

Full Day Hire - from 1pm

Twilight Hire - from 4pm

Evening Hire - from 6pm
