We have parking for 80 cars on site.
If you are planning to leave your car in our carpark overnight, we will require the following information prior to the event:
You must collect your car from the car park before 10am the following morning, due to the Distillery being open for public experiences.
If any guests wish to leave their cars overnight, we would ideally like to know in advance. If this is not possible, please can they let the Duty Manager on the night of the event know, and provide the above details. They must also collect their car by 10am the following morning.
Unfortunately, we do not have onsite accommodation, but there are some great local options which can be found via our website - https://www.bombaysapphire.com/distillery/plan-your-visit/local-attractions/
Decorations can be dropped off the day before the wedding. Our staff are well-versed in setting up for weddings so if you have specific locations/way things you'd like presented, let us know when you drop things off and we can set it up for you on the day. Alternatively, family or close friends are welcome to arrive from 9:00am on the day to set up.
If you would like to start setting up the day before, an additional hire fee would apply.
Sadly, we don't have dedicated rooms where the bridal party can get ready, however we have private spaces which can be used in this capacity.
We are open to you finding your own external catering company for the day, however we kindly ask that you contact us in advance before confirming your booking, as we have thorough health and safety regulations that must be adhered to.
Please note that catering must be provided by a licensed catering company, and homemade food is not permitted. The only exceptions are wedding cakes and sweet treats. In these cases, a full ingredients list must be displayed alongside the wedding cake, and all original packaging for sweet treats must be provided.
Pets are not permitted on site during events. The only exceptions are service/guide dogs.
Our site is fully accessible, however our site is historical and therefore there are a few uneven surfaces - e.g. cobbles on the Courtyard.
If you have any accessibility concerns, please let us know and we will be more than happy to provide further information.
Of course! Children are allowed on site, however as we are a working Distillery, they must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Music can be played right up until midnight without a 1am license. All outdoor noise must cease by 10pm at the latest.
