The Black Horse Inn is a 17th Century pub and restaurant built on the Pilgrims Way, situated on the North Downs in Kent. Designated an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' your wedding can be held in our flower covered gazebo with your guests seated under a beautiful wooden pergola in our private gardens, with the reception being held in the newly built 'Pilgrim Suite' - a large reception room adorned with wooden beams and Kentish hops. It features its own serviced bar, a dance floor and private restrooms. The Pilgrim Suite looks out over our 3 acres of grounds, where our 27 beautiful en-suite bed and breakfast rooms are situated. Incredible venue that gives you the day you actually dreamt of!

The Black Horse Inn couldn’t do enough from the start. It was the first and only wedding venue we looked at and on our first visit we knew it was the one and booked our wedding day. Michelle, our wedding coordinator, couldn’t be more approachable, or make herself more available to her couples. She helped to facilitate the day we dreamt of ... from a small relaxed ceremony, speeches straight after the ceremony and arranging the venue to suit our small number of guests, without looking sparse, plus making arrangements for our dog to be a part of our big day! Her advice, her constant availability, and the flexibility of the venue was incredible! All of our guests have since commented on the quality of the food, both the sit down meal and the traditional buffet and the relaxed friendly nature of all the staff at the venue. I couldn’t rate The Black Horse Inn high enough. And the best thing is... there’s pub is lovely to revisit our wedding memories time and time again!
