- JJade L.21/05/2024Perfect wedding venue!Perfect wedding venue!Banff Springs is beautiful, we fell in love when we went to visit Sarah back in December 2021 for a tour and knew straight away this was the place for us! Sarah went above and beyond along with her whole team, nothing was to big an ask and they were there for us every single step of the way! She is amazing at what she does and is such a genuinely lovely person - we have a lot of love for her and appreciate her making our wedding day perfect! All Staff were super lovely and our requests to decorate our Sisters room and our dining table for her big birthday was done with no issue. It was also very reasonably priced for a hotel which was lovely as we then chose to drink there following our meal for that reason. A huge special Thank you to all at the Banff Springs . We will all recommend Banff Springs for sure.We had a family night at the Banff Springs Hotel, and it was just fab. Check in was friendly and efficient. My steak and seafood was cooked to perfection in the restaurant and the waiting staff were attentive. The room was nice. The hotel was comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast in the morning again was faultless with a great selection of continental and cooked items. I was taken in the minute I met Sarah, having had wished to have my wedding here foe years, it was amazing that we were actually able to finally do it! Sarah could not had been more attentive if she had tried, we were able to view every aspect of the hotel, rooms and facilities which made me want it even more! The response times were amazing, so no worries were ever left too long! She really did make the day perfect..I cannot thank the Banff Springs enough for how perfect our wedding was. The day went so smoothly and in the run up the function they made the planning so straight forward with their accommodating attitude. Nothing was a bother. The meal was fantastic with good portions. Break the mould! Be yourselves and if you haven't seen something done the way you want it at a wedding, all the more reason to do it!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A Christmas wedding had their favours as crackers which I absolutely adored! Other times I have seen place cards as polaroids with the happy couple - a real unique touch.

There's a gorgeous spot right out the front with the Moray Firth behind you - it's beautiful, especially at golden hour or a sunset!

We've definitely had a few celebrity guests staying with us!
Billy Connolly, Miriam Margolyes, Alan Cumming, Imelda Staunton, Una Healy, Timothy Spall, just to name a few!
What’s your favourite canapé?
Our mini Yorkshire pudding with roast beef and horseradish is to die for!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
I absolutely adore a good cheese & biscuits!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
It's a toss up between our state of the art lighting in our ballroom or our stunning North Sea backdrop!
What part of your business are you most proud of?
It's hard to name just one so firstly it's my team and colleagues and secondly, the stunning sea view from our doorstep! Thirdly, how beautifully decorated the building is.
