Elsick House is situated just 8 miles south of Aberdeen and hidden within 1500 acres. Elsick House combines the charm of an historic building with newly refurbished interiors. It offers an exceptional opportunity for your families and friends to be entertained in style and in complete privacy. Until recently, home to the Duke of Fife and his forebears the Bannermans, the house boasts large and light reception rooms for up to 20 dinner guests. The marquee located within the south facing walled garden is a sensational blank canvas, with seated dining for up to 150 and evening reception for up to 200 guests. The house boasts luxurious accommodation for up to 20 people in eleven individually appointed bedrooms – furnished traditionally with a modern twist. Your wedding day is the most important day of your life and everything will be done to ensure that it is individual and exactly how you would like it. Our experienced team are on hand to guide you through the process, ensuring that you have everything that you wish for and that no detail is missed – whether you choose us for the marriage itself, the reception – or both. We are proud to have chosen Hudsons Catering to be our catering partners, as we know that they understand and can interpret each individual client’s needs. As a company they have looked after the family for over 30 years and we are happy to continue with that fruitful partnership. You can BBQ or have a formal dinner with family the night before and continue the celebration on the Sunday .

From start to finish, Karen and Joyce made us feel so welcome and were incredibly "on it" so we had absolutely no concerns and felt completely relaxed. Elsick House is the most beautiful venue with gorgeous rooms and stunning grounds. We got married in the walled garden and it could not have felt more special and perfect. We had our wedding in the marquee, which was a great size and worked beautifully for our day. The venue is exclusive yet close to Aberdeen city centre, so our guests had plenty of nearby hotel options. There were so many beautiful photo opportunities, and everyone had a wonderful time. Catering was provided by Hudson Catering, and guests are still raving about the food! Highly recommend. Alison, Joyce and Natasha were all fantastic to deal with. Alison put my mind at ease from the day I met her, nothing was too much trouble, and Joyce was on hand late into the evening of our wedding, ensuring the house was immaculate and also helped take a red wine stain out of a guests white shirt (it came out completely - thank you).
