Welcome to The Surrey Downs Golf Club, a modern and stylish venue, it is perfect for your wedding celebrations.
Having held a license to host your civil ceremony since 2015, we’ve seen countless couples say ‘I do’ in our beautiful surroundings, and we can’t wait for yours to be next! Our ceremonies and receptions take place in the Willow Suite, a stunning space which boasts beautiful views across the course, providing a wonderful backdrop for your celebrations. This self-contained suite can accommodate up to 150 people and has its own private entrance, bar and patio area. The light, modern room acts as a blank canvas for your style and theme, the neutral décor allows you to dress the room however you like.
Throughout the venue, there are many elegant and impressive areas for your important wedding photos. The course, patio area, and entrance provide the perfect backdrop for your special wedding photos, and the balcony offers the opportunity for unique aerial shots of you and your guests.
At Surrey Downs Golf Club, we recognise that no two weddings are the same, so we want to provide your dream day. We have adapted our wedding package to reflect the individualities of each and every couple; you can build your own bespoke day rather than picking a set package.
For your wedding breakfast, we offer a fantastic range of delicious menus with both delectable formal meal options and a mouth-watering buffet.

Our stunning venue sits on a beautiful Golf Course surrounded by wildlife, nature and beautiful lakes and we hope that when you visit you'll love it as much as we do. We love it when couples incorporate charity badges into their favours. The charity is usually close to the couples heart and is a lovely touch to the table.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Too many to pick just one. We're surrounded by 180 acres of grounds creating the most picturesque setting for your wedding photos.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Every couple is a celebrity on their big day! However, we recently helped bring a beautiful family together on ITVs Long Lost Family.
What’s your favourite canapé?
Our Chefs are passionate about the food they create. Our top two favourites have to be the Smoked salmon and cream cheese blinis and the Salted caramel coated profiteroles to satisfy our sweet tooth. Yum!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
We love our delicious hog roast that is cooked on site and superbly carved as well as our grab and go bacon rolls, perfect for a quick snack before hitting the dance floor!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The pergola that frames the entrance to the Willow Suite. At night time it comes alive with fairy lights and lanterns creating the most magical photos for you and your partner.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Without a doubt our team! Nothing is to much trouble, they go the extra mile to create an unforgettable experience for our couple and their guests.
