Pricing Information
- Weekdays up to 6 pm on Friday: £22.50
- Weekends from 6 pm on Friday: £25 per hour
- £100 refundable deposit charged to secure one-off bookings
- The Village Hall must be vacated by 11.30 pm

Can we use outside caterers?
Yes, you can use your own caters or you can have full use of the kitchen, with a double oven, fridge, kettle etc. But we envision most brides don't plan on cooking on their wedding day!
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have 13 car parking spaces at the back of the building, which is a private car park.
We also have two spaces at the front, a loading bay and a disabled space. These can also be used for parking, or outside food catering.
There is also free street parking available
Have you hosted weddings at your venue before?
Yes, we commonly get large birthday events and Asian weddings, and we would love to see more!
The hall is a versatile space that can be transformed into whatever your imagination envisions for your wedding day. It was once transformed into 'The Great Hall' from Harry Potter. The hall is your Oyster!

Do you have an outside space?
Sadly we do not have an outdoor area to hire
Can we have outside Food Trucks or a Hog Roast?
Yes, we have had events in the past with Local Food Trucks at the front of the hall and a Hog Roast cooked outside. We can recommend some fantastic suppliers.
Is there a Church close by?
Yes, Holy Trinity Church is a large and beautiful part of Sunningdale's history, which is on the same street as the hall. It is a 2 - 4 minute walk, depending on how keen you are to eat and celebrate!
Can we have DJ?
Yes! A wedding is not complete without seeing some funky dance moves

Absolutely - we work closely with many local suppliers who are often used at the hall for a range of events.
