Stoke Place

We got married on 14th September at Stoke Place. The venue is stunning, with lots of different spaces you can use for your wedding and reception, including amazing grounds. There are also plenty of rooms for you and your guests to use depending on the package you book. The team at Stoke Place were fantastic throughout the planning process. Tracey and Alison, the planners we worked with, were both so responsive and always happy to answer our (many) questions. On the day itself, the team worked to ensure everything went well, including adding personal touches for us (e.g. serving us our favourite cocktail on arrival back from our church service). It really was the day of our dreams and I would absolutely recommend Stoke Place to anyone looking to get married in a stunning venue with heaps of character and lots of options to tailor your wedding day! A big shout out in particular to Alison, Renato, Simon, Ash and Patrick for making our day go so well!

Stoke Place is a stunning venue, the perfect location for a wedding, but it's the staff that made our wedding an absolute dream. Months later and guests continue to tell us what a fantastic time they had. We continue to get compliments on the food, the venue and how smoothly the day went. Our wedding wasn't spared the usual last minute problems (due to an outside vendor), but you wouldn't have known because Stoke Place took care of everything. Their dedication and commitment to helping us have the best wedding possible was so palpable and deeply appreciated. They are a fantastic team, who clearly love Stoke Place as a few have gotten married there themselves! Specifically, the biggest thanks to Tracey, our wedding coordinator, who immediately made us so much more at ease about the whole wedding planning process. From the first initial meeting for a viewing, to the last meeting the day before the big day, she was always there with good advice and a laugh. There were no questions she couldn't answer and she recommended some wonderful vendors which we used as well. She is also very responsive so we never had long to wait before receiving an answer which we deeply appreciated. Patrick and Simon were amazing on the day (and very funny!) and we cannot thank them enough for running the show. We felt at ease handing them the reins and they more than exceeded our expectations. And special thanks to Didier, for his French music and also for helping the bride with her dress on her way to the ceremony! The waiting and bar staff were equally as incredible, especially Janet, from the bar, who helped the bride with her dress after a guest accidentally spilled red wine on it. It could have been a bit embarrassing but by the time Janet was done, no one was the wiser. And months later, no one seems to have even noticed! We had an incredible day and it was due in large part due to the wonderful staff at Stoke Place. We simply cannot recommend them enough.

We cannot be any happier that we chose Stoke Place for our wedding venue! From the moment we went to the open day and Patrick (toastmaster) showed us around the venue, we knew this was the place for us! The service we received was second to none during the year build up to our wedding. Tracey was always there to guide us along the way and made the whole experience easier for us and instilled so much confidence that everything would be perfect. From all the meetings, calls, menu tasting, etc, we really got to know all the team and how much they genuinely care about giving you the best experience and that you are not just another job for them. The day went so smoothly and they delivered exactly what we envisioned our wedding to be. Didier and the hospitality team were fantastic and the food was amazing! Thank you again Stoke Place, we can’t thank you enough and highly recommend! We wish we could do it all again, but we will definitely be back to stay! Karl and Sera.

We had almost discounted a hotel wedding package until we visited Stoke Place and met with Tracey & the team. Its not only a stunning venue in beautiful grounds but their was a genuine interest in us as couple right from the first meeting. After looking at several other venues and had countless tours and viewings which had been sales pitches and impersonal, Tracey and the team at Stoke Place made us feel special and this was the venue for us. The time and attention and guidance we received was second to none at each meeting of the planning stage. The day was incredible and all our guests commented how fantastic the food was. Special mention to Didier who made the day run smoothly and couldn't do enough for us and our guests throughout our stay. We would whole heartedly recommend Stoke Place

Thank you so much to the team at Stoke place for giving me and my husband a day to remember. Tracey is impeccable and will cover every single thing with you, she has such huge knowledge and no stone goes unturned. Patrick is simply the best, he looked after us on the day and brings such a wonderful atmosphere and a bundles of energy. The best toast master there is! The venue is beautiful the grounds are gorgeous and make such wonderful photos. We will always hold stoke place close to our hearts.

On behalf of my new husband and I, we would like to express our biggest most heart warming thank you to Tracey and her team for everything they have done for us in preparation leading up to our wedding day and everything during! Tracey was always on the other side of the phone, to answer any questions I had, chased up my suppliers and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. Tracey, Patrick and Didier really settled our last minute nerves at our final meeting and assured us on our day! We couldn’t recommend Stoke Place more; it was truly the most amazing day of our lives and a huge part of that was down to the venue and staff! From the first time we saw Stoke Place we knew it was the venue for us. It’s got everything, from the history of the main house and the more modern feel in the ballroom and Lakeside, to the grounds!! All our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the grounds were, there’s so many great picture opportunities for everyone, especially the new swing by the Lake, which everyone was talking about! The staff at Stoke Place really made our wedding day so special! All our guests couldn’t stop raving about how lovely the staff were. The Kitchen staff made THE BEST food. The team on the day were truly amazing and made everything run so smoothly and were just all round brilliant. Last but by no means least, the wonderful Tracey! Who made everything so easy and stress free as possible, she answered all our questions over the 15 months of planning

We originally visited Stoke Place back in 2018 when we were planning an engagement party. We fell in love with the venue so much that we ended up booking it for our wedding. From day 1 the team were absolutely incredible particularly Tracey who is the wedding coordinator. She was unbelievable with the wedding prep and made the whole experience fun whilst maintaining that detail is critical to the wedding day, down to the napkin folds! Tracey and the team were incredible in supporting us throughout this journey and were so flexible whereas some of our friends planning weddings at other venues had a very different experience. We ended up getting married in June of this year and the team on the day just backed up this message further. No task, however big or small was too much. They really were an incredible bunch, Patrick, Didier and the team on the day. This venue will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we plan to go back many more times over the years to come.

We celebrated our wedding at Stoke Place on 14th May and we had the most incredible experience. The venue and wedding staff were absolutely amazing, in the whole process of the wedding including how accommodating they were when we had to postpone due to covid. Our day was absolutely perfect, I couldn’t fault it. I’m just so sad it’s all over. Tracey was amazing to work with, I have called/ emailed her many times over the past 3 years and she was always so helpful. Also Patrick, the toastmaster!! He was fantastic on the day, everyone commented how amazing he was. It really was such an amazing touch having him there. I would do our wedding all over again if I could and I would always choose Stoke place!

Myself and my now husband got married at stoke place on NYE. We cannot recommend this venue enough. The food / staff / accommodation / attention to detail was just out of this world. Our wedding planner Tracy was honestly the most amazing lady who made sure our day went completely perfect! Patrick the toast master was just fantastic, along with the bar manager and all the other staff who literally treated us and all our guests like royalty. I honestly cannot Thankyou you all enough! Thankyou for the best 3 days / nights! I’m so happy we chose Stoke place and would recommend it to anyone looking to get married! 5* in every aspect I could not fault a thing!
