With it’s high ceilings, Georgian windows, flexible room layouts and views onto lovingly maintained gardens, this 37 bedroomed, privately owned manor house hotel is situated on the edge of Lymm village within easy reach of Manchester, Chester and Liverpool. We have 6 elegant reception rooms to choose from and 5 areas inside the hotel licensed for civil ceremonies.
If you wish to hold your ceremony outside we have a fully licensed gazebo in the grounds, accessed by walking under our magnolia archway. Our policy at Statham Lodge has always been to only allow one wedding on any given day to ensure you have our full attention and the personal service your wedding day deserves.

From the moment we booked our wedding Lucy was always available to meet and discuss our wishes for our day which she did with a lovely professional manner. In the year running up to our wedding we frequently visited. Each time we were met with a lovely, warm manner. Mrs Walker was always a delight to talk to, informing us about the history of Statham Lodge and everything that was available. All staff were extremely friendly and kind, nothing was too much. You happily provided our little boy with his usual drink of milk and opened up rooms for us to look in and make important wedding decisions. The night before and on the day of our wedding we were blown alway by the dedication and care that Lucy and Chris provided. We are so grateful for all of the things you assisted with which made our day even more special. Chris made sure the day ran smoothly and on time, communicating with both of us about every aspect of the day. Our guests told us how impressed they were, the whole place was amazing- cosy comfortable rooms, delicious food and wonderful staff. We cannot thank you enough, you accommodated our request to stay an extra evening, booked us in for a last minute Sunday lunch, provided an extra bed for our son and once again all of these things were done with ease. Statham Lodge holds a special place in our hearts, we have memories we will cherish forever. We cannot recommend you enough and will we be returning for many years to come. Simply amazing! The food was great, lovely to spoil our guests with the silver service!! Gardens were beautiful and our wedding photos look great with the back drop! Our wedding canapes were absolutely fantastic, huge and our guests really remembered them! If you book with Statham, you will have an amazing traditional romantic wedding and it will feel like a very special personalised day rather than a conveyor system of weddings which I feel like some venues offer.Our day was so magical at Statham Lodge Hotel. The staff and team at Statham Lodge couldn't do enough to make sure every little detail of our wedding was catered for. If we wanted to change things, no problem, add things, no problem. They really did take the stress away from us in planning for our beautiful day. The building and gardens are truly amazing and to have the exclusivity of the whole venue was lovely. Our wedding day was perfect, everything ran smoothly and the food was beautiful. We opted for a bbq for our wedding breakfast and the choice and quality of food was incredible. The bridal suite and grooms room to get ready in prior to the wedding are beautiful and give a sense of calmness, they are a great place for pictures and to share special moments with your bridal party before the ceremony. If I could change one thing about the day it would be that it went on for longer, we didn't want it to end. We are so glad we chose Statham Lodge as our venue and all our friends and family are still talking about it today 6 months on.
