Statham Lodge Hotel

From the moment we visited Statham Lodge we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. The staff and team at Statham Lodge couldn't do enough to make sure every little detail of our wedding was catered for. If we wanted to change things, no problem, add things, no problem. They really did take the stress away from us in planning for our beautiful day. The building and gardens are truly amazing and to have the exclusivity of the whole venue was lovely. Our wedding day was perfect, everything ran smoothly and the food was beautiful. We opted for a bbq for our wedding breakfast and the choice and quality of food was incredible. The bridal suite and grooms room to get ready in prior to the wedding are beautiful and give a sense of calmness, they are a great place for pictures and to share special moments with your bridal party before the ceremony. If I could change one thing about the day it would be that it went on for longer, we didn't want it to end. We are so glad we chose Statham Lodge as our venue and all our friends and family are still talking about it today 6 months on. We had our wedding at Statham Lodge Hotel in August 2024! Everything was perfect from start to finish. We loved that the staff were so friendly and flexible with our wedding. Any personal touch or addition we wanted they were very happy to accommodate. A lot of other venues were very strict with what we can or couldn't have but this one was different! Had our wedding in October 2024. We had the most amazing day. Everyone who attended said how much they loved the day and how beautiful the venue was. The team at Statham couldn't do enough for us. Absolutely stellar from everyone. Would recommend this venue to anyone who is thinking of getting married.

We celebrated our wedding reception in Statham lodge recently and it was the perfect day. The staff are so attentive and professional, the day ran so smoothly. We had so many compliments from our guests on how wonderful this place is. The venue itself is stunning and the food was lovely. We would definitely recommend this venue and can’t thank them enough for a special day.

Had our wedding at Statham Lodge in May 2024 and had many people from all over the UK as guests so needed somewhere that could cater for many people staying overnight. Lucy was incredibly helpful and really put my mind at ease and was very open to changes we wanted to make. Chris on the day was a breath of fresh-air - clearly done all of this before several times over! Did not have to worry at all about where we needed to be or what needed to be done. Everything was set up perfectly. Our suggestions on the food were taken and made. The gardens really made the day (thankfully the weather held out!), the food was amazing and it couldn't have been any better. My only issue was the provided DJ... If we had a re-do we probably would have gotten our own. But we've already decided we'll be having a 5 year anniversary party there because everyone had such a great time. The bridal suite was fantastic - comfy bed where we collapsed at the end of the night!

We had the most amazing day , I had hired the roulette room for myself and bridesmaid to get ready in fabulous !! Nothing was too much trouble all the staff were exceptional and made us feel like a king and queen ! The best day ever

Thank you for the best day of our lives. Everything was perfect and our guests kept commenting that we had chosen the best wedding venue ever. The standards were so high all weekend and the food was incredible.....but it was the staff at Statham Lodge that took it to that next level. Everyone was polite, professional and friendly. We were lucky to have our Wedding Day at Statham Lodge recently, I have always been aware of the excellent reputation this hotel has but to experience it first hand was fantastic. Andy and the team were absolutely wonderful, everything from my husband and his family staying over the night before to when the last guest departed on Sunday morning was perfect. The quality of the food throughout was excellent, cooked to perfection and piping hot. Customer service was faultless, nothing was too much trouble for any member of the team. The set up of the room was also perfect and looked exactly how I had imagined it to be. A special mention and thank you to Andy, he was there supporting,helping and advising both me and my husband at all times and made the whole day relaxed and stress free. I wanted the day to be perfect, romantic and seamless...it was just that. The weather was kind to us and so we had most of our photography in the beautiful grounds which was fantastic. Most of our family and friends stayed overnight after the wedding and were very complimentary of the rooms and breakfast the next morning. I would advise anybody who is looking for their perfect wedding to hold it at Statham Lodge. The only sad thing is that the day went far too fast and I wanted to do it all again the next day. Thank you Statham Lodge, you have an excellent product and a fantastic team to support it!
