St George Hotel

The only real problem is that I cannot rate this Hotel highly enough.We originally had our Wedding and reception booked for Friday 27th March 2020, which had to be stopped. Two tries later we finally got married on Friday 30th July in the Hotel.From when my Fiancée booked in on Thursday 29th until the time we left on Monday 2nd August the Staff and Management could not do enough for my Wife and I and our Guests, nothing was any trouble at all despite there still being some minor issues around the release from the Covid lockdown, which to be fair, was only 12 Days before.The Food was excellent, both at our Reception and the Full English (Vegetarian option available) was well cooked and hot, also you could build your own breakfast if you so wished.The rooms for the Wedding were brilliantly decorated, which was praised by all of our guests and our rooms were clean, tidy and warm.I will not single out any one individual or group of staff, just to say they were all helpful, courteous and nothing was too much trouble for any of them, they were all great and a credit to the Hotel, not only to ourselves and our guests but to other guests as well.In closing I will say this in capitals.I CANNOT PRAISE THIS HOTEL AND ALL OF THEIR STAFF HIGHLY ENOUGH, 5 STARS DOESN'T EVEN GET THERE!

From start to finish my every need was adhered to, the booking process was easy, deposits flexible, and the day was seamless. The team at the Pheasant, even though it's small, do an amazing job.

From start to finish, Debbie was incredibly helpful. She listened to what we wanted at All times and was able to accommodate this. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process and nothing was too much trouble. The food and service on the day was excellent and we were really able to relax and enjoy the day. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a stress free wedding!!

The whole team were amazing the chefs the waiting staff and the bar staff were all too notch, they even managed to fix a hen on my bridesmaid dress the weather was so hot and the drinks and canopies beautiful and at the evening reception when sib setting was so so romantic can not praise enough they deserve recognition 😃😃😃👍

We got married in the little church across the road St Leonards then we all popped back across the road to The wondeful Charlecote. it made life so easy plenty of parkling an amazing hot day in beautiful country side the staff and Debbie and her team could not have done enough every little detail was attended to they even helped me with my Dress when walking lol :) dream day, dream staff ,and Dream Venue

We are a little bit older well we are 40 :) but felt like teenagers Debbie and John and all the team were very kind and listened to all that we wanted to do for our reception they and all the team were superb and the food was brilliant we had a barbecue for our evening guests out in the garden was glorious

from the initial meeting with Debbie and the team, until our wedding day it was fantastic, Nicole's wishes and dreams were all met with. We were so happy with the exceptional customer service, we even had hale bays in the garden. The Room and food was all fantastic a truly memorable day

From the moment we met Debbie till the day we had our ceremony we were treated very special not patronising just special . It was our special day and we certainly felt special all day with the wonderful staff

as soon as we seen the Charlecote e fell in love withthe Tranquil splendour of the Building and Area , we had a lovely Sunday CArvery spoke withthe General Maanger had a show round then walked awayy feeling content and happy. Following week had an appointment with Debbie and made the booking and it al went so fast after that lol :) Debbie took all the stress out of the arrangements and made sure all my friends and family had rooms booked truly amazing customer service

From our first viewing & meeting with Debbie we knew we had found the perfect venue for wedding. Debbie was extremely professional from day one and immediately made us feel welcome. Debbie was efficient in explaining the details of the day whilst accommodating any of our requests, she was very quick at responding to any emails which was very reassuring. Debbie was friendly, happy, approachable and made us feel as if our wedding was as important to her as it was to us. We can't thank her enough.
