Would love to be able to go back again when the weather is nicer to properly appreciate the gardens. We did however make full use of the amazing fireplace in the large lounge area. House has an interesting history which the owner and host, John, was happy to share with us. The gardens are immaculate and provided us with areas to sit as a group and also find a quiet private spot. Comfortable beds, spacious en-suite bathrooms. We all slept wonderfully. Looking forward to returning 🌳🌲🥂🌺🌸🔥A truly wonderful and relaxing three day break over Easter. Nothing was too much trouble. I was lucky enough to have attended 3 weddings there as a guest and the place left me enchanted each time. Especially the drive up from the gates.
