At Ryland Farmhouse and Events, you have the freedom to create a wedding celebration that is unique to you. Whether you want a big celebration or something more intimate, they are happy to help you fashion the wedding of your dreams. Facilities and Capacities Ryland Farmhouse and Events can offer you everything you might need for a one of a kind Tipi wedding celebration. You will get exclusive use of the Tipi and can decorate it however you wish. Whether you're having a summer occasion or winter wedding, their double hat Tipi is the perfect venue space all year round. Heating and cooling elements are available to keep the location at an ideal temperature for the festivities. This venue can accommodate 100 seated attendees or up to 150 standing guests. Services Offered Ryland Farmhouse and Events offer a wedding and events team to guide you through the planning process. They can tailor your Tipi experience to your desires so you can enjoy each moment of your magical day down to the last detail. This venue can provide bespoke food and drinks packages for you and your guests. However, you are also free to hire a private caterer. Couples and attendees who wish to stay the night are welcome to retire to Ryland Farmhouse and Events in their overnight accommodation.

At Rylands, we can cater for wedding receptions of up to 100 people. Or, if you are looking for a venue to host your wedding party, our twin big hat tipi can host up to 180 standing guests. You will have exclusive access to our tipi, where you will be given a blank canvas and the freedom to decorate it however you please with your own personal touches - all partnered with your bespoke food and drinks package. We know wedding planning can be a stressful time, but you’ll be relieved to know that our wedding and events team will be on hand to assist and guide you in organising your perfect day. We have different prices available depending on the season and day of the week. Consider if you'd like to book our hotel for the night alongside the tipi - we have 12 stunning rooms available for you and your guests.

We have recommended options to suit everyone, from £10 per person for laid-back options to higher budget options for a traditional wedding breakfast. Prices vary depending on seasonality and suppliers.

We had viewed a few venues before coming to Rylands, and immediately knew this place was for us. The venue and surroundings were stunning, and the staff were so friendly. We were recommended some suppliers from them, and they were also happy for us to bring in new suppliers too. Throughout the planning, the staff stayed in touch answered any questions we had, and were patient with us when we were undecided on certain things. On the actual day, again the staff were fantastic, from checking if we needed anything on the morning, taking our decor down to the tipi and setting it up for us, updating us with timings, any helping to settle any nerves. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Our guests were so complementary of all aspects, from the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, to the comfiness of the rooms, and delicious breakfast the following morning. I don’t know how I can even find the words to express how amazing our day was on Saturday 13th June! Rylands exceeded our expectations in every way possible - from the first time we set foot on the site we just knew it would be our wedding venue! The whole farm is gorgeous and so picturesque. It also has the most wholesome cosy feel to it. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, nothing ever felt too much of an ask, everything was personalised to us & we could even bring our dog Goose which made it so much more special. The wedding ran so smoothly thanks to the amazing work of the Rylands staff, we never had to guess where we were needed or think about any timings as they were there sorting guests and making sure we were where we needed to be! We are so incredibly grateful for everything! The rooms are also spotless and it was such a special touch that we could have family and friends stay on site with us & enjoy a last drink before the night was over! The farmhouse breakfast was also delicious! I would recommend Rylands a million times over!! We viewed one venue. & booked it straight away! If you do one thing for your big day. Book Rylands Farmhouse!! We’re really struggling to put into words how amazing the team at Rylands are! From the moment we first visited on showcase day right through to the morning after our wedding, the team were second to none! They leave no stone unturned, but they’re so relaxed at the same time. And no email, call or question is ever too much for them. They really felt like our long-time friends on the day, and we so easily trusted them with everything! & they more than pulled it off! The location is perfect - it feels so secluded but it’s easy to get to and from, with hotels and parking within walking distance. The rooms at the Farmhouse are great and are a stumbling distance away which is just what you and your guests need after an amazing, but long day! The Shepherd’s Hut was the perfect place for our setup station in the morning! All the vendors Rylands work with have a similar ethos also. Relaxed and friendly. The perfect dayThe perfect day
Our wedding was perfect from start to finish! A huge thankyou to all the staff at Ryland's Farmhouse, they couldn't of been better. From our very first meeting at a showcase day right up until the big day itself, nothing was to much trouble. Always ensuring a stress free and exciting experience all round. The venue itself is stunning, the rooms are beautiful and the setting is simply perfect. We didn't need to view multiple venues, Rylands had our heart. Again thankyou so much, The Slaters Our wedding was perfect from start to finish! A huge thankyou to all the staff at Ryland's Farmhouse, they couldn't of been better. Honestly, Rylands have been amazing from start to finish- they've got back to my (many) questions quickly and have been so helpful. Everyone is so so friendly and down to earth and made us feel relaxed. And a special shout out to Luis and Ruby for being with us on the day and making all transitions seamless... It was honestly perfect and there's absolutely nothing we would change. I had friends telling me that 'it's ok if you panic after and worry that not everything went to plan- this is a normal feeling'- but NOTHING went wrong. We had a tarot reader, a saxophonist and a DJ and they were shown where to go etc and it was just FLAWLESS. We're still buzzing over the day and have had sooo many compliments about how beautiful the venue was. Even without all the flowers and decor, it gives. Thank you! Myself and my wife had the best day at Rylands, from booking the venue they always provided the best service. There was no question to big or small. They went out of their way to ensure our day was special. The staff are incredible. The friendliest bunch you will ever meet! Hello Louis and all of the team at Rylands Farm. I have been meaning to send this message for a month now but we have been riding the wedding wave since we got married with you on the 22nd August. We would like to send the biggest thank you for making our wedding day so special and we feel that you went above and beyond all of our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble and you made everything run effortlessly like clockwork and we really could not have wished for a better Wedding day. We know that there is a whole team that make this happen and so a massive thank you to them but especially to the star that is Ruby who looked after us all day and of course the main man Louis who coped with all of the drunken party during the evening. Not sure why I have waited so long to leave this review as our wedding was in November! Rylands and all the staff are amazing - so laid back and helpful with every aspect of the wedding which just made it all go so smoothly. The place is beautiful and so is the hotel - the fact that the rooms are all included with your booking is also a massive bonus. They made the tent and all the table dressing looks better than I had thought possible and very kindly let us use decor they already had at no extra cost. Honestly best day of our lives - would recommend rylands and the staff to anyone planning any kind of eventNot sure why I have waited so long to leave this review as our wedding was in November! The Rylands team were nothing but a massive help from day 1. We went to visit the venue at an open day and naturally fell in love. The place itself is absolutely stunning any time of the year so it was an easy sell. But not only that, the team made us feel so welcomed and looked after from the beginning. With this being our first wedding to plan in our lives, we were generally clueless so the team were really great with giving examples and suggestions on how our day could go. It was the best help when starting our the planning process. They have a great list of suppliers, but we're also super great with us bringing our own select people in to help. We had great communication throughout the whole year and they happily answered all of our questions. On the actual day the whole team were so lovely and supportive. They checked in regularly and just helped the day run smoothly. They felt like part of the party and we really gelled with all of the staff.
