At Ryland Farmhouse and Events, you have the freedom to create a wedding celebration that is unique to you. Whether you want a big celebration or something more intimate, they are happy to help you fashion the wedding of your dreams.
Facilities and Capacities
Ryland Farmhouse and Events can offer you everything you might need for a one of a kind Tipi wedding celebration. You will get exclusive use of the Tipi and can decorate it however you wish. Whether you're having a summer occasion or winter wedding, their double hat Tipi is the perfect venue space all year round. Heating and cooling elements are available to keep the location at an ideal temperature for the festivities. This venue can accommodate 100 seated attendees or up to 150 standing guests.
Services Offered
Ryland Farmhouse and Events offer a wedding and events team to guide you through the planning process. They can tailor your Tipi experience to your desires so you can enjoy each moment of your magical day down to the last detail. This venue can provide bespoke food and drinks packages for you and your guests. However, you are also free to hire a private caterer. Couples and attendees who wish to stay the night are welcome to retire to Ryland Farmhouse and Events in their overnight accommodation.

Our Pricing varies depending on day of the week and three different seasons (Low, Mid and peak)
The Off Peak midweek dates start from £4500.00 for the Tipi hire and a Saturday in Peak season is up to £8000.00 for the Tipi hire.
We do also have a Twilight package from £4900.00 which includes the food and drinks for 80 guests. This is a limited package and is only available until 2027.
The bedrooms on site have to be booked with a Wedding as the venue is completely exclusive and the rooms are £150.00 per room bed and breakfast. We have up to 12 bedrooms, sleeping 29 people max.

From the moment we started planning our wedding, right through to the moment we left as husband and wife, the team were absolutely exceptional. The venue itself is simply stunning and provided the most beautiful setting for our wedding day. Every little detail came together perfectly, but what really made Rylands Farmhouse stand out was the incredible team behind it. Throughout the day, they went above and beyond to make sure we were both okay, regularly checking in with us, making sure we had everything we needed and that we were able to enjoy every single moment without having to worry about a thing. It meant so much to know that we were being looked after and that someone was always there if we needed anything. Our wedding day was filled with so much love, emotion and excitement, and the team helped everything run so smoothly. They were professional, attentive, friendly and genuinely caring, and it was clear that they wanted our day to be just as perfect as we did. As a bride and groom, you spend so much time planning and imagining your wedding day, and when it finally arrives, it goes by in the blink of an eye. Having a team you can completely trust to look after you makes such a difference, and we truly felt that we were in the safest hands. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming and so much fun too! They were everything we needed and seamlessly planned and ran our wedding making it the best day! We can’t thank them enough for everything they did, keeping us organised, relaxed and excited through the whole process! The venue is so relaxed and they will let you do just about anything! All our guests keep talking about how nothing they asked was an issue and their sole focus on the day is just to make sure everyone has a good time! We will be back at every opportunity we have! - LLaura & Dan27/09/2026The best day!The best day!We chose to get married at Rylands during July and have absolutely 0 regrets. Firstly all the staff are absolutely amazing, they are friendly, accommodating, reliable and want your day to be just as perfect as you do. Communication was absolutely amazing from the start, any questions were always answered in a timely manner and they were always so helpful especially on the weeks running up the wedding. The staff ran the day seamlessly and there was not a single hic up or at least not any that were not handled so well we didn’t even know about them. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, we did not want a venue which was huge but also wanted one which had plenty of space and different areas which our guests could utilise. This worked amazingly especially in the evening when the party was in the teepee, some guests could have a drink and a conversation on the decking while other could choose to observed with a hot drink from the conservatory. As the teepee sides were lifted and all these areas are not separate it still felt like the whole guests were still together and this is something we loved. The fact our close family and friends could stay over was a bonus, the rooms were beautiful and really had that luxury feel. We actually choose to stay over and have a meal the evening before the wedding as well as the night of. The guests loved this as it made a whole 2 days of celebration and they particularly loved gathering for breakfast the morning of the wedding! If you’re looking for a breathtaking venue, which accommodates all your guests and you want to have a stressful day where you are more than looked after Rylands is the place! We were looking for something a little less traditional but still with a feel of luxury and class. We got that in spades. The setting is beautiful and the location was ideal for us with many guests arriving in to Manchester airport. The events staff were great from the point of booking and kept the day very stress free for us. Many of our guests commented on how fantastic the venue was too. Thank you everyone at Rylands Farmhouse! Rylands Farmhouse really was the perfect venue for our wedding. We were looking for something a little less traditional but still with a feel of luxury and class. We got that in spades. It did not disappoint. We tied the knot on Sunday 6th September. Our day consisted of our immediate family and friends. We had Amanda Heale as our celebrant, Follow the Smoke for our food, the wonderful Myke Caulton for our flowers, Rob Lea for our live music, Toni North for our pictures and a local magician Pete Turner which added that extra magic. Rylands was the perfect venue. Our guests loved their rooms - yes you can hear the runway but it really didn't matter. All the staff were wonderful, everything felt so personal, we were made to feel like friends rather than clients. Special shout out to Jasmine who looked after us on the day.....she did hand the reigns over but I can't remember who.....sorry. Thanks Lewis who I think helped calm Phil down. The team were all fabulous and I'msorry if I've missed anyone....a few comments were made by our guests that it was the best wedding they'd been to. It also has the most wholesome cosy feel to it. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, nothing ever felt too much of an ask, everything was personalised to us & we could even bring our dog Goose which made it so much more special. The wedding ran so smoothly thanks to the amazing work of the Rylands staff, we never had to guess where we were needed or think about any timings as they were there sorting guests and making sure we were where we needed to be! The rooms are also spotless and it was such a special touch that we could have family and friends stay on site with us & enjoy a last drink before the night was over! The farmhouse breakfast was also delicious! I would recommend Rylands a million times over!! We’re really struggling to put into words how amazing the team at Rylands are! From the moment we first visited on showcase day right through to the morning after our wedding, the team were second to none! They leave no stone unturned, but they’re so relaxed at the same time. And no email, call or question is ever too much for them. They really felt like our long-time friends on the day, and we so easily trusted them with everything! & they more than pulled it off! The location is perfect - it feels so secluded but it’s easy to get to and from, with hotels and parking within walking distance. The rooms at the Farmhouse are great and are a stumbling distance away which is just what you and your guests need after an amazing, but long day! The Shepherd’s Hut was the perfect place for our setup station in the morning! All the vendors Rylands work with have a similar ethos also. Relaxed and friendly. But any we brought on board, Rylands had no issue with and dealt with smoothly prior to the day, as well as on the day.
