Choose from the wonderfully elegant Ballroom catering for up to 182 guests for the ceremony, the contemporary Richmond Room for up to 102 guests or the beautiful Oak Room with its character oak panelling for guests of up to 72.
Discover a choice of beautifully unique spaces to suit your wedding day wishes. The elegant Ballroom with its stunning Georgian sash windows, ornate chandeliers, elegant décor and private bar area is the perfect choice for large affairs catering for up to 200 guests for your wedding breakfast and 300 for a wedding reception. Another wonderful space for guests of up to 150 for your reception is the Richmond Room, a contemporary room featuring a raised area with bar, private sun terrace and sophisticated lighting scheme perfect for enhancing your wedding day theme. For intimate wedding receptions of up to 40, select the beautiful Queens Room with its traditional large bay window and touches of Georgian character, or there is the stunning Stafford Room for smaller parties of up to 24 and features a private balcony sweeping the length of the room.

- GGreg & Simon05/12/2022Wonderful Wedding!! Wonderful Wedding!!My Husband Simon and I recently held our wedding at The Richmond Hill Hotel...... and it was MAGNIFICENT!!! From The first day when we went to view the venue we fell in love with the beauty of the hotel and surrounding areas. The Events coordinators We had to help us along on our journey to becoming married were so Professional, Articulate, Creative and overall absolutely lovely. Alyne was so Efficient, Promt and really helped us feel at ease when our original coordinator left the team, she stepped in and made it all run smoothly. and at the end of the day made a point of staying a bit later to ensure we had the day we had hoped for. Wonderful Lady!! Puja, Really went the extra mile too, making sure everything ran smoothly ensuring we were where we needed to be at all the right times. and when we came back a week later to collect a few things, came and greeted us to wish us all the best. Roisin, was so supportive and gave us fantastic ideas on how we could elevate the day and make it even more magical. Anna, On reception was so helpful and such a lovely wonderful lady greeting all our guests and us too, with a smile and nothing was too much for her.Again when we arrived at the hotel she greeted us like old friends asking how married life was going. Beautiful Aura. Also to the whole team, from the guys who decorated , the House team who served dinner with military precision under the very professional guidance of Andrej. We can not thank you all enough for making our day as wonderful and spectacular as it was thank you!!! We will be returning very soon!! All the planning by the team was meticulous, we had regular updates and check ins and they really made sure that the day was everything we had dreamed of. The team who ran the day for us were absolutely fantastic, the food was the best anyone had ever had at a wedding, beautifully presented and delicious. All our guests in their thankyou messages have mentioned how brilliant everything was at the hotel too and how much they enjoyed the day. We enjoyed every second of our day and will be regular visitors so we can relive every moment. They were so accommodating from the beginning and worked around our budget. Alyne was the events manager who helped us every step of the way and made us feel reassured about everything. Reliable and professional correspondence. The day was beautifully set up and went so smoothly. It also has a beautiful artsy interior amidst an idyllic location. Great energy. Highly recommend! They were all so professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire day and evening. Rosin, Pooja, Nick, Andrei and Catalina were all amazing, especially when dealing with a couple of issues we had with external suppliers. They made sure that everything got sorted for us. From the delicious food to the beautiful rooms and hotel decor, to the modern outside terrace and stunning views across the river, we couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue for our wedding. We had so many lovely comments from our family and friends on what a wonderful day they had. The set up was stunning and the staff were incredible. Thank you to the whole team on the ground for making the whole experience so smooth and easy - from pre-wedding prep, to check-in at the hotel with our guests, through to flawless delivery on the day. The hotel is in one of London’s most stunning locations right next to Richmond Park which makes for exceptional views and experiences for any international guests as well. Couldn’t have asked for more! The hospitality, service and food were truly wonderful and we couldn’t have felt more special. The set up was stunning and the staff were incredible. Suffice to say that our expectations were exceeded at every level, whether it was the warm welcome at reception, the cleanliness of the rooms, the exceptional standard of cuisine, or the incredible work and seamless coordination of the events team. The attention to detail and help and support we received throughout was second to none, and our guests also felt incredibly welcome and were exceptionally impressed by every aspect of the hotel. It is also worth mentioning that every single member of staff we came across was polite, friendly and helpful. A rare occurrence these days! The staff were very attentive to all our needs and service was seamless and very timely. The venue was perfect, the food outstanding and the staff ( without exception) were helpful, kind and ready to go the extra mile from the time we first considered the hotel to the morning after the day itself.
