Reigate Hill

Just wanted to say Thank You for a fantastic day that you put together for my Son and now daughter in law. The venue is amazing, a hidden gem especially when the weather is great. Lauren the Wedding coordinator did an amazing job and made everything stress free and flow so well. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

We had a totally wonderful experience and are so glad we chose to have our wedding at Reigate Hill Golf Club. From start to finish, Lucy was an incredible wedding organiser. She guided us through the whole process and was so professional, kind and helpful. The venue is beautiful inside and out. We had hoped for an outdoor service as the lakeside setting is amazing, however the rain on the day meant that wasn't possible - incredibly that really didn't matter. All the staff made the inside service area so beautiful, that changing it last minute did not negatively impact the day at all. We loved our day and wouldn't change a thing. We had so many compliments and positive comments from our guests about the venue - We would highly recommend Reigate Hill as a wedding location.

No doubt about it, this was it. The perfect place to start our married life together. The welcome was warm and inviting and there was something that made us feel at home here. Lucy, our wedding coordinator made this journey so unbelievably easy for us. It was a pleasure and joy to have her throughout. Every detail was taken care of, explained, gone over again and again, thoughtfully arranged and given time to with no stress. Contact was made constantly throughout and we were kept updated and informed about everything. It was a dream. Remembering The venue itself even now is bringing tears to my eyes. I was lucky enough to stay over the night before our wedding and was able to wake up to the beautiful view over the grounds from the windows of the bridal suite. Getting ready in the “get ready room” was such a treat. Having this amazing space all to myself with ample room, light, mirrors and everything a bride could need not to mention the continental breakfast, cereal and morning drinks that was supplied, was amazing. The walk down the winding pathway towards my husband to be, waiting by the pagoda near the lake is something I will always remember. Reigate Hill was undoubtedly a home from home. It felt so comfortable and we were really allowed to make it our own for the duration. If it’s a warm homely venue you are looking for with the advantage of having the most wonderful ceremony outside (weather permitting) by the lake under a picturesque pagoda surrounded by beautiful trees then we would highly recommend Reigate Hill Golf Club. They would also move the ceremony inside should it rain. Again, it was all taken care of by Lucy. All you have to do is enjoy your day ♥️ It now has a very special place in our hearts and can’t wait to stop by to visit the place it all began for us ♥️

Lauren you made our dream wedding day come true! it went so smoothly and everyone loved the food and enjoyed our day! Also a shout out to the lady who works behind the bar (sorry can’t remember her name now) she helped us with bacon sarnies on the morning of the wedding and tea and coffee along with our breakfast the following morning thank you Reigate hill we truly had the best day and we will cherish our day forever!

Originally looking at venues for 2024 but a 2023 date arose. The First Lady we saw who showed us the venue was fabulous, we were then linked into the actual event organisers - again both very nice. My questions were always answered and they were always so supportive! We utilised the led letters, flower wall and the cake stand!l (see pics)! The bonus of the getting ready room was fabulous , breakfast was delivered and we all had fun ( when you view the room there is Prosecco in there - however there isn’t any on the day ) ! The staff checked in throughout the day up until close and even told us to go to bed instead of gathering our items! The only reason I marked to 4 stars, as the breakfast wasn’t suited to vegan and gluten free ( despite being advised previously - but when the event organise arrived she arranged something). Also during the meal - nobody was around to guide tables so it went from top table to 2 tables - with the parents being left till last. Really minor in the bigger scheme of things - We also used Flowers by Liz and Sarah Olivia film and photographed & Meghan Harrison MUA! Truly fabulous day and wish we could do it all again tomorrow!

Okay, where to start. From the minute we walked into the venue we knew straight away. Having had some bad experiences with another venue we was already a bit nervous and anxious about viewing somewhere but we was welcomed with open arms...literally! It was the most relaxed first meeting that put us at ease straight away and we knew this was where we was going to get married. It snapped up a date ASAP and got planning. From exchanging emails weekly nothing was ever a problem and I mean NOTHING. The team are fantastic! My emails were responded too quickly, I was never left waiting for reply. To the day before the wedding when I came with my mum and mother in law. All the team was there setting up, bar staff and all. Which was lovely we got to meet them and had a great afternoon. Everyone was so friendly I felt like I'd known them for ever. It was lovely the day of the wedding to see this familiar faces who was working on the big day. I honestly cannot fault a single person. All my friends and family said how great everyone was, Reigate Hill team...well done!! The day ran so smoothly and Lauren was even there to give me a little pep talk and do a make up check for me. The venue was stunning, set up perfectly and love that we had a free reign to do what we wanted. The view was beautiful. Our wedding breakfast was well..*chefs kiss* everyone enjoyed the meal and so did we. The getting ready room was a lovely area as well, I felt so calm and relaxed and was nice some of my family popped in just before, but my husband was getting ready in the rooms upstairs so was nice to know we was both close. We was lucky to get married by the lake and its just stunning. It took my breath away when I was walking down, I actually stopped for a second. I can't express how much and how wonderful Reigate Hill is. They went above and beyond for us and for that we thank you. We often speak about popping back in just to say hello! Other than having our children this was the biggest day of our lives and it really was the best day ever. Don't second guess this venue you will be blown away. My wedding at Reigate Hill was perfect, our wedding co-ordinator took all the stress of planning away and nothing was too much trouble. I had as many meetings as I needed and wasnt made to feel like I was being a bridezilla. We sourced our decorations ourself and the team at Reigate Hill made my vision come to life. It was perfect. We had a winter wedding and weather was perfect, we used all the outside space. The venue makes you feel so relaxed and the team all make you feel calm and at peace. I couldn't have asked for a better day. The venue was incredible but the team made my day 100 times better.

Absolutely beautiful venue. Staff are so helpful and kind . Our wedding planner Lauren went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with all the planning, and on our day ! Everything was just perfect, couldn't fault a single thing. Thank you for making our day extra special ...Stephen & Stephanie xx
