Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve is Kent’s largest wildlife park. Home to amazing animals and the county’s only safari experiences, the 600-acre country estate is also an award-winning wedding venue, offering couples an incredible location filled with romance, adventure, luxury and glamour. Situated within one of the most picturesque and unique areas of Kent, couples can choose to say their vows and celebrate their special day at a variety of locations around the reserve, ranging from four star luxury at the Mansion Hotel, to our newly appointed pergola and orangery. Surrounded by some of the world’s most endangered animals, couples and their guests can enjoy a private safari after their ceremony to see free roaming wild animals or get up close and personal with their favourite animal with an exclusive animal encounter! With a range of completely unique and effortlessly chic overnight accommodation available, couples can opt to spend their first night together, either star gazing at The Bubble, or curling up together in a shepherd’s hut, or even sleeping within a whisker of tigers or lions in a luxury lodge. Our team will be on hand to help from the very beginning of a couple’s wedding journey and our variety of wedding packages available, including last minute and bespoke options, are designed to make the day run smoothly and suit a variety of budgets. There’s also a wide variety of special touches available and with menu tastings included, it’s easy to see why Port Lympne is a destination of choice for couples looking for a unique venue. ELOPEMENT PACKAGE: Thinking about something small? We've got you covered! Our elopement package includes ceremony space, dinner, a private rangers tour. Both myself and my team really enjoy working with the couples that we meet on their wedding planning journey. We want to ensure that all of our couples have the best day possible here at Port Lympne and we work very hard to host a spectacular day.

Our Exclusive Package is suitable for groups of 50 - 140 guests offering exclusive use of the Pergola for your ceremony followed by your reception in the Orangery with private bar until midnight

*Exclusive use of our stunning Pergola situated within the beautifully landscaped tiered gardens
*Exclusivity of the Orangery which includes your own private bar until midnight
*Dedicated toastmaster to help co-ordinate your guests throughout the day

Extremely helpful with guests after the wedding and ensuring they all got back safely to their respective lodges. Both the dinner and evening food was great Everyone from PL were fantastic and helped out enormously! The day was absolutely incredible. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. From the greeting upon our arrival Friday, the staff on the buggies, the waiting and bar staff and the amazing wedding coordinators The venue looked stunning, the sun shone and everything ran so smoothly. Apologies that I was a tearful stress head, but even then I was dealt with calmly and patiently with tissues aI wanted to say a huge thank you to ALL of the staff who helped with the wedding on Saturday. The safari addition was also unique, and everything was placed close together for our guests. Everything was also very well organised, which made planning seamless for us. We felt like we didn't have to worry about anything. Communication from the event managers was just right, allowing us to socialise with our guests, but also be fully informed of the steps required as we carried out our day. We had a couple recently purchase animal adoptions as the favours for their guests- they were displayed on the wedding breakfast tables

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
We have lots of lovely spots for photographs but probably at the top of our Trojan Steps with the view over Romney Marsh and the Channel behind you.

What’s your favourite canapé?
All of them! But, if we had to pick, the beef ragout with aged parmesan is a team favourite!

We are set within a wild animal reserve with the most beautiful views and sounds.
