Extremely helpful with guests after the wedding and ensuring they all got back safely to their respective lodges. Both the dinner and evening food was great Everyone from PL were fantastic and helped out enormously! The day was absolutely incredible. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. From the greeting upon our arrival Friday, the staff on the buggies, the waiting and bar staff and the amazing wedding coordinators The venue looked stunning, the sun shone and everything ran so smoothly. Apologies that I was a tearful stress head, but even then I was dealt with calmly and patiently with tissues aI wanted to say a huge thank you to ALL of the staff who helped with the wedding on Saturday. The day was absolutely incredible. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. All the staff be it the wedding team or the bar staff before the day started were amazing, nothing was too much for them, they really made the day. We had an amazing time, Port Lympne is a fantastic venue for a wedding! The safari addition was also unique, and everything was placed close together for our guests. Everything was also very well organised, which made planning seamless for us. We felt like we didn't have to worry about anything. Communication from the event managers was just right, allowing us to socialise with our guests, but also be fully informed of the steps required as we carried out our day. We love them all! Every wedding is so different and unique to each couple, it would be impossible to pick the best.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't put too much stress on yourself and enjoy the planning process and the day! You are not hosts of your wedding you are guests of honour!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
We had a couple recently purchase animal adoptions as the favours for their guests- they were displayed on the wedding breakfast tables

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
We have lots of lovely spots for photographs but probably at the top of our Trojan Steps with the view over Romney Marsh and the Channel behind you.

What’s your favourite canapé?
All of them! But, if we had to pick, the beef ragout with aged parmesan is a team favourite!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Bacon butty's are a favourite right?

We are set within a wild animal reserve with the most beautiful views and sounds.
