From start to finish, the team were incredible â so friendly, attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Rafiya and the whole staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and it really felt like we were in the best hands. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful spaces that looked even more amazing once decorated. Our guests were blown away, not only by the setting but also by the service and hospitality throughout the day. We also really appreciated how flexible and supportive the team were in the planning process â every question was answered quickly, and we always felt reassured. On the day, everything flowed perfectly, allowing us to just relax and enjoy every moment. We honestly couldnât have asked for a better venue or team. - MMichelle & Chris22/01/2022Amazing day! Amazing day!Park Hall was the last venue myself and my now husband visited and on the drive home we had already decided it was going to be OUR venue. After dragging my husband around 15+ venues none of which felt like âusâ until we visited Park Hall! Diane and the whole Park Hall team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Our wedding was really chilled and I was really laid back throughout the planning process which probably did not help Diane and the team but nothing was ever any trouble. The week prior to the wedding we had some issues with some vendors and Diane was so supportive and assisted the best she could to make things right for our special day. Which we are eternally grateful for. â€ïž Unfortunately on our day Diane was not available but she left us in the capable hands of Alec who did a fantastic job of supporting us through the day. Again nothing was too much trouble and the day went perfect. Our day went off without any problems and the team were so accommodating. I chose to spend the night before the wedding in the hotel with my bridesmaids and everything from the decor to the food and drinks was amazing and it was a really relaxing way to start the wedding day. The food! WowâŠ. the wedding breakfast, the evening food, the breakfast the day after?! Everything was incredible and all of our guests commented on how good everything was. Ourselves and all our guests had an amazing day! We still have family and friends commenting on how amazing the day was and how much they loved it, thank you so much Diane, Alec and the rest of the Park Hall team for making our day perfect! We loved our Park Hall wedding and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. On the day, everything went very smoothly and I canât thank Alex and team enough. Everyone commented on how attentive the staff were. Wish I could do it all over again! I felt relaxed knowing they had it all under control! There were no hidden extras and they allowed me to include my own handmade items through the wedding too! The staff were really helpful and answered all my questions. I got the drop off all items before the wedding day and left instructions about how I wanted it setting out, they did everything how iâd Imagined! Thank you so much!! The venue was beautiful too with lots of pretty places for photo oppurtunities! The separate room /pub, for our guests was ideal during the change overs. It meant they werenât waiting around bored while we had our photos and they could go somewhere to have a drink or play pool etc. The day ran very smoothly and was very well organised! Thanks for helping to make our day so perfect!!Park Hall were absolutely amazing!! Every little detail was explained and thoroughly thought through. Has to be any time a couple theme their wedding for example in the Medieval Banqueting Hall when people go all out and have a Medieval theme or Game of Thrones it looks amazing and it is a wedding people wont easily forget.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't be afraid to be yourselves, too many couples worry about what is the 'norm' don't make your wedding as unique and special as you are as a couple.
Whatâs your favourite personal touch youâve seen at a wedding?
My favourite and most memorable was a couple who made table centres that where personal to them and the story of their journey together as a couple.
Whereâs the best photo spot at your venue?
For me by the lake especially in summer when the flowers are in bloom.
