Perfect for elegant and intimate Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions, Parade House can be exclusively yours for up to 54 guests, so you can make it your own for the day. Situated in the historic centre of the County town of Wiltshire, Parade house is close to Bath and enjoys excellent transport links to London. Built in 1720 for a wealthy clothier, Parade House has recently been restored to its former glory with a selection of beautifully furnished fine rooms over two floors, each one fully licensed for Wedding Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships. You have the option of booking a Marriage Ceremony only in one of our fine rooms, or the entire house for the full Wedding Reception. The delicate blue Bridgerton style Drawing Room with its gilded overmantel and finely carved coving and the atmospheric wood panelled Directors' Room with intricate ceiling and marble fireplace are lovely settings for both Wedding Ceremonies and Champagne Receptions. Then sweep up the grand Georgian staircase to the elegant first floor Ballroom to enjoy a delicious Wedding Breakfast, speeches and cake cutting. If you'd like to continue your celebrations into the evening, our new stylish Ushers Bar and Cinema in the historic vaults are available for after dinner relaxation. For your departure, we can arrange a spectacular wedding coach and horses to collect you in style, or a beautiful vintage car to whisk you away. We operate on a semi-dry hire basis, and have a selection of hand-picked preferred suppliers including event stylists, florists, caterers, photographers, musicians, calligraphers and wedding cake designers ~ all of whom will work tirelessly to transform Parade House so that your Wedding Day is just as you imagined it. What an asset to Trowbridge!

What an asset to Trowbridge! The sympathetic restoration of Parade House has given us a building that has retained all its character.... but is now a versatile and welcoming venue for the 21st century right here in the centre of town. Well done all involved, you've really excelled yourselves.

a lovely venue for weddings.

The ballroom upstairs with it's high ceilings and large windows is a lovely venue for weddings. They had laid out displays of local interest, dressed the rooms for the period, and even had a tribute to HM the Queen who had just sadly passed away. The owners were chatty and friendly and welcomed everyone into their own private house, and I'm sure the house will look better and better as and when they have the time and funds to restore it all. I wish them all the best and hope to come back.

Beautiful house and wonderful venue for a wedding or special event. I visited for a recent exhibition and so impressed by how the new owners have sympathetically brought this beauty back to life. A wonderfully warm and very special atmosphere in a regal setting.

Parade House is one of the most wonderful gems in the county. Imagine what Trowbridge must have been like in its heyday. The money from the Mills and the brewery will have fueled the development of this the county town. The elegance and gentle grandeur of this Georgian masterpiece has thankfully been saved by Carey and Simon Tesler.

Absolutely brilliant refurbishment

Absolutely brilliant refurbishment, looks and feels just as you imagine a regency property to be. The cream teas when available are really well suited to this property you feel as though you are in that period, it is certainly a asset to the town of Trowbridge and worth a look around, or even for any event you are planning.

superb venue run by even better people!

Parade House is a superb venue run by even better people! The owners are a lot of fun with a great appreciation of the local scene. I recently visited Parade House which hosted the Chamber Of Commerce Christmas party and enjoyed it very much. Aga also kept the drinks flowing which is always a festive welcome!
