Kin House can be your home away from home – with plenty of indulgent extras. Inside you’ll find 12 bedrooms, lounges, a Dressing Room and Barbers, as well as a main hall and bar for celebrations of up to 200. Our Garden House adjoining the original walled garden is the perfect setting for civil ceremonies or post-wedding brunches.

The entire team went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel looked after at every step. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole experience completely stress-free. The food and drinks were flawless (we’re still hearing rave reviews from our guests!) and the level of service was impeccable throughout.We originally fell in love with Kin House because of its stunning interiors, but what makes this venue truly special is so much more than just how it looks. I married my husband here in October 2025, we had the house for the night before and the night of, and we really had to drag everyone away on the Friday morning - if we all had it our way we would still be there! I highly recommend doing the two nights if you can, as one is just not enough! The building and the grounds are stunning, perfect photo opportunity in every corner!I could not recommend Kin house as a venue enough! I used to run a wedding venue myself, so trust me, I have a critical eye, but Kin House made it nearly impossible to find a single flaw. We felt truly at home, and that’s the highest compliment I can give.Kin House is everything a wedding venue should be and more. Our beautiful interiors, designed by Barlow & Barlow have been carefully considered with weddings in mind so that it's ready for you to share with your family and friends - guests can spill from the dance floor to pick up a cocktail from the bar, and there’s a stage for live music, speeches, or anyone who wants the mic. Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Nestled in 10 acres of gardens, Kin House has lots of beautiful photo spots, whilst you indulge in al fresco feasts, share special moments during outdoor wedding ceremonies next to our serpentine wall or in our secluded wooded glade – a rustic setting for dinner under the stars or intimate woodland ceremonies. Oh and did we mention we have our very own Shell grotto, perfect for those all important selfies!
What’s your favourite canapé?
We believe food should be the focal point of a party, not a side note. That’s why we add a little theatre into the mix, offering everything from a Japanese Yakatori BBQ live at your reception, whole joints cooked over fire, and pizzas from our wood oven, to hearty family-style fare served in sharing dishes.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Propping up the Fitz Bar with one of our signature cocktails.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Kitted out with hairdryers, tongs and state- of-the-art lighting, the Dressing Room is your space to get ready before the action starts. Squashy swivel chairs line a pink marble bar, which has a hair-washing station and oversized mirror for all your sprucing needs.
Tucked away on the top floor you’ll find our speakeasy-style Barbers. Book a relaxing grooming treatment, or do your final touch-ups at leisure with a whisky in-hand.
