You put such a lot of effort into arranging everything & trying to keep everyone happy, in a calm, professional manner. Thank you so much for changing our room - it was lovely to be able to pop over to Tom & see how he was doing ! The Churchill room looked amazing & having canapes & champagne & speeches in the other room was perfect. Please do pass on to the chef again, how much everyone enjoyed the superb meal he provided. The scallops were delicious, as was the lemon tart but the Beef Wellington was just stunning & we all said so ! We also noticed and appreciated other members of staff. Everyone was so polite, helpful, and very professional. It had been such a challenging time for the happy couple but we are so pleased they chose to have the celebration with you all at The Bear !
