We booked the wedding from Australia so never actually viewed the venue until the day before the wedding! Ohmygosh, you have to view the venue if you're considering a tipi wedding - the location, the woodlands area, the tent itself are absolutely stunning. Charlie was also amazing to deal with and super nice! It was also so easy that everything comes as a package so we didn't have to worry about hiring everything from scratch. 100000% recommend - best day ever.Low Osgoodby Grange exceeded all our expectations! Despite it raining all day on our wedding day we were able to have a lovely ceremony inside the tipi and there was plenty of space for all the guests to enjoy the day. I think the rain meant that all the guests stayed inside so there were more people up on the dance floor! Perfect setting and we were able to out our stamp on the venue with out own decorations but you don't have to do much at all if you don't want to as its beautiful on its own! It’s a stunning venue with an abundance of open space and beautiful surroundings. Charlie, who owns the venue was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure everything ran smoothly. She also helped to arrange bell tents through their sister company Greenfields bell tents. We stayed on site with many of our guests and felt we could really enjoy every moment of the weekend with our family and friends. I can’t recommend this venue enough! The package we got with Totem was great- with an incredibly spacious tipi, dance floor with new sound system, toilets and bar all included at the venue. We we lucky with the weather on the day that it didn’t rain and managed to get some amazing photos at the venue. It truely was the wedding of our dreams!We had such a great time on our wedding day! You can have the ceremony and the party all in the same place, and the rural setting was stunning. The pictures inside the tipi look great, but when you see it in person, it looks even better. People were taken aback when they walked in. Also, as a side note, for the wedding disco, the sound system is really, really good - I was so impressed.We never imagined what venue we'd really want to get married in, but it turns out this was it. Total freedom to do whatever your heart desires with the space and a fantastic setup ready to go. Charlie from Totem Tipis was an absolute gem and helped with everything we had questions about. She was even there on the day reorganising the space as the weather had other ideas for us. She's very knowledgeable about the area and the business with plenty of options and ideas to help out. Staff serving the bar from The Forrester's Arms were great. Really good bar prices which was included as part of our package. Kept everyone happy and managed bar queues very quickly. The B&B onsite which is not part of the wedding venue is equally as wonderful. We had a few of our wedding party stay there who complimented the breakfasts and hosting. Always very helpful and accommodating. Registrars from North Yorkshire Council which serves this venue were fab, totally putting us at ease and making the ceremony fun. Totally recommend but be prepared for the weather! Luckily we had sun but still managed to get a bit muddy!Absolutely great venue that acts as much of a blank canvas or not as you want.
