Nestled on the Hampshire/Wiltshire border and just a short drive from the iconic Stonehenge, this family-owned venue offers a truly unique and private backdrop for your special day.

A Wedding Experience Tailored Just for You

Kingsettle Stud is a dry-hire venue, giving you complete freedom to design your wedding exactly how you envision it. Choose your own caterers, florists, and suppliers—there are no restrictions. The venue’s relaxed, welcoming approach means you can bring your own alcohol with no corkage fees, making your celebration even more personal and budget-friendly. To keep things intimate and exclusive, Kingsettle Stud hosts only a limited number of weddings each year, from May through September.

Kingsettle Stud was established when we married here ourselves in 2016... it worked so well as a venue that we've continued the party and now have a thriving wedding business and a gang of Kingsettle Couples under our belt! We are independent and family-run, meaning we're able to take a very relaxed and flexible approach to each wedding held here at out family-home. We love meeting new couples and hearing all about their plans!

We are a dry-hire venue with an open-supplier policy, and we don't charge corkage. We never hold more than one wedding in a week, and are limited to just 15 weddings annually from May - September. The base price does not include Accommodation; the upper range includes all of the accommodation options.

Kingsettle offers the most wonderful space to create and design your day exactly as you wish. Owners Susie and Rory are incredibly kind and helpful, they’ve created the most stunning setting for couples to celebrate in, and it truly shines through in every wedding. We did so much research to find a venue with character, that had different areas for the ceremony, drinks and eating, and had accommodation on-site. When we found Kingsettle we knew it was perfect. We had the most perfect day and it was 100% our own. We would recommend it to everyone! Kingsettle Stud was the most amazing venue for our wedding. From start to finish, Susie was helpful, flexible and supportive of our planning. Nothing was too much trouble and her advice and support was incredible when we were setting up the day before. Susie also offered help and advice on trusted contacts and suppliers which was invaluable. The venue itself is stunning. We were able to have our ceremony in the meadow, but the Carriage House was on standby in case of bad weather. The stables were the perfect place for our night time reception. We loved that the venue itself is a blank canvas that we could use to decorate in our own style. The shepherd’s hut we stayed in was comfortable, very well designed and the welcome basket was beyond generous. In short, we couldn’t recommend Kingsettle Stud more.Kingsettle Stud was the most amazing venue for our wedding. From start to finish, Susie was helpful, flexible and supportive of our planning. A beautiful and unique venue with multiple different places you can have your ceremony. We had ours down a peony filled aisle which felt like a dream. The flow of the venue is fantastic as well meaning you get lots of variety for the day. It’s a very special place and Susy and Rory are so helpful and lovely too! We had the most incredible day hosting our wedding at the amazing stud venue! The rustic charm and quirkiness of the outbuildings, magnificent walled garden and natural beauty of the surrounding space gave us the perfect blank canvas to bring our vision to life. The owners were responsive, and always willing to offer advice when we needed it, but also gave us complete freedom to make the day our own. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding and would highly recommend to future couples seeking a unique and laid back wedding day.We had the most incredible day hosting our wedding at the amazing stud venue! Kingsettle was a wonderful setting for our wedding. In a world of ‘off the peg’ weddings we wanted to be able to create something bespoke to our tastes. Kingsettle fitted the bill perfectly. We opted to hire the space because we were able to overlay our dreams onto this enchanting location. Susie’s approach as our wedding consultant was perfectly balanced. She was always available to support our planning, yet unobtrusive. When we were struggling to find vendors for very specific requirements she had a wide array of contacts who were able to provide all the extras we needed, but at no point did we get the hard sell or feel obliged to use them. They also opened up their beautiful home to us and allowed us to stay there during the wedding, which created the perfect environment to start our celebrations. On a more personal level, she was there not only as practical support, but as a listening ear to take off the stress and burden of planning such an important day. Guests commented that it looked like something from a film set. Simply put, it was magical.Kingsettle was a wonderful setting for our wedding. Kingsettle Stud was such a wonderful venue for our wedding. The walled garden was a beautiful setting for the ceremony and the courtyard and stables had a fantastic rustic charm for the reception and evening event. The cabin accommodation is also super cute and cosy - we’d definitely go back just for a weekend stay! We had wanted a venue that gave us the flexibility to make our wedding truly ours and Kingsettle enabled that. The owners were relaxed and helpful, and gave us the freedom to have our perfect wedding - no restrictive supplier lists or over the top dos and don’ts. Whilst the difficulty of a dry hire venue is the additional planning needed, Rory and Susie were always on hand to offer advice and we found the couples’ Facebook group full of helpful tips. For those willing to put in the effort, you’ll be rewarded with a magical wedding! We’re so happy we chose Kingsettle.Kingsettle Stud was such a wonderful venue for our wedding. Kingsettle stud was THE venue for us, we’d looked at a few and dwelled on it but with Susie and Rory’s venue, we felt an instant connection, fell in love with the orchard, the huts, fields, barn and stables. It was so perfect for us, versatile, welcoming, beautiful sights everywhere you look.
