All our packages come with an experienced wedding coordinator, red carpet arrival, welcome drinks, white linen tablecloths, napkins, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cake stand and cake knife, chivari chairs, tables, easels, and use of gardens for photos.

The Hythe Imperial has an exclusive Moet & Chandon Champagne Bar for you to relax in, privately, after the ceremony. Couples deserve time together on this important day and our Champagne Bar is an excellent setting.
As well as this, our hotel is right on the beach. Kent’s glorious coastline makes the best back drop to your couple shots at any time of day or weather.
This is a venue you can have it all in one place. With registered ceremony rooms and spaces for wedding breakfasts, you and your guests do not need to travel between locations.
When you book your wedding, you are gifted a 1 month free gym’s membership and then whilst staying here, your guests can experience our state-of-the-art gym too, fitted with all Technogym equipment. You will be spoilt for choice with 8 different styles of free weights, and 17 cardio & weights machines. Our treadmills & cross trainers are fitted with high quality screens which will allow you to choose from a range of program options, as well as applications such as YouTube & Netflix to help you clear your mind, and keep you entertained.
If the gym isn’t for you, take a dip in our heated pool or enjoy a bath in our large oval jacuzzi to relax after your journey. Our newly installed sauna and steam room, with eucalyptus infused steam will help you clear your senses.
Finally, it has to be seen, our chandelier. It is the longest chandelier in Europe at 11m tall. It makes a fantastic feature of your wedding day.

We had excellent support and assistance by our wedding planner that switched hands in the month before the wedding itself. I was nervous as we had bonded with the first planner Georgia but Tori took over seamlessly. They were very adaptable as details change as you’re working through the process. They accommodated everything we dreamed of having and were very person centred. I the bride stayed the night before, where we had a sit down meal with close family and friends. Delicious and stress free. I was able to bring all decorations and everything but the kitchen sink in order to make sure the day when without a hitch. The team allowed me to store items the night before which took the stress out of the evening before. On the day, the front desk kindly organised our guests and the groom. They ensured the beautician and hair stylist got up to the bridal suite ensuring we have beverages and everything we needed. The rooms were decorated beautifully and I was able to see them before we used them. The wedding breakfast was to die for and served wonderfully. We said our speech’s first and David announced us in as a couple and for each that said a speech in the loudest and most brilliant way. He orchestrated the team with professionalism and without error. He and Tori made our wedding. The music for the evening guests was beautifully tailored to us and our buffet was amazing. The photos in this idyllic location are spectacular and show stopping. I would choose my wedding at the Hythe all over again. We loved our day and hold cherished memories forever. Thank you. The whole team were so great on the day - even taking part in our peg game! The food was AMAZING! Everything ran so smoothly, it was the most perfect day in such a stunning venue. We went to a wedding fair there too which was so helpful and we went with most of their recommended suppliers...From our first meeting with the hotel to our wedding day they were brilliant! - AAmy and Paul03/07/2025Fantastic Experience, Fantastic Experience,After attending a wedding at the Hythe and switching to it for our accommodation last minute, my partner and I had such a great experience, we decided we had to come back for a much needed couple’s weekend of R&R. We booked directly with the hotel for a fantastic rate with both dinner and breakfast included. When we arrived, we upgraded to a beautiful room with a giant claw bathtub that even my 6”4 partner enjoyed. The beds are huge super king size so it was a very comfortable night’s sleep. It’s easy to get caught up in expectations, trends, and other people’s opinions, but the best weddings are the ones that reflect you. Decide early what’s most important - whether that’s the food, the atmosphere, the guest experience, or the location and let everything else fall into place around that.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
The best idea I have seen recently would be instead of table numbers, a couple named their tables after cities in Europe they’d visited and on each table, they had a photo of the two of them in front of the a landmark from that city - it was fun for the guests to work out what table they were on.
