Here at Hunters Meet we have no hidden fees, no venue charge, it is just the price per person. On a Friday and Saturday our minimum price is £4800.00. Ceremony £500.00 up to 60 guest’s Additional guests £10pp Ceremony costs include full set up including red carpet, ceremony music download & tea / coffee station. Full Day Guest £99 per person; Children between 2-12 are £59 per child. Exclusive hire Personal Experienced Wedding Coordinator Exclusive use of the Restaurant & Garden Use of our silver cake stand, knife, table plan easels, and red carpet. Honeymoon suite and room night before if available Exclusive use of our 20-bedroom hotel for any guests who wish to stay the night including full English breakfast & full use to the gym, spa, and leisure facilities. (discount for your guests) Wedding food tasting on a Sunday of your choice. As many visits with your suppliers as you need with us on hand to answer any questions And so much more. Drinks For the reception – a selection of Pimm’s, bucks’ fizz, non-alcoholic fruit punch & bottled beers For the meal – 3 wine visits per table (house red/ house white/ house rose) and any soft drinks from the bar/ wedding mocktail) For the toast – A glass of prosecco or lemonade served in a champagne flute.
