Vaulty Manor

We were married at Vaulty 27th December 23 and Gemma and her team made it so magical and Christmassy that perfection is the only word that can describe our overall experience. From the preliminary meetings to the actual day, Gemma made us feel comfortable and the team's excitement for a Christmas wedding made us feel so special. Many guests commented to us on how beautifully decorated Vaulty looked, how amazing the food was, how friendly the staff were and how comfortable their rooms were.

We attended the wedding of our friends here and it was so lovely and the staff were amazing! The rooms are nice and clean, and have everything you need. Really nice place!

Really grateful for how Vaulty Manor (and particularly Gemma) have handled our wedding! From start to finish, they nailed every detail. Our day was stress-free and pretty much beyond expectation. Massive thank you, team!

Gemma and the team went the extra mile for us on the day providing a service that blew our minds. From a family BBQ, and pool time the day before. To ensuring all timings and plans were perfectly executed on the big day, including a first touch, getting our tribe down the aisle, fireworks and more! Everyone keeps telling us that it’s the best wedding they have ever been to and we owe that to Vaulty Manor and their collaboration with our other wonderful suppliers, many recommended by them!

he feeling we got when we first arrived at the stunning Vaulty Manor was breath-taking and we knew from that moment that was the place where we wanted to get married. Any questions or queries we had before our big day were answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble, we left our final coordinator meeting feeling very relaxed and excited knowing our day was in safe hands, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day and everything ran so smoothly.

The venue is truly stunning with lots of accommodation for guests. Liane was our coordinator and really did everything to make our day so special. We got married 18th August 2023 and it was the best day of our lives. The Staff were all amazing. Liane was in touch with us in the months before the wedding, ensuring everything was planned accordingly and was always a phone call / meeting away if we needed anything.

We would just like to make a comment about Jenny Marper. She was absolutely incredible on the wedding day and in the lead up to the wedding. Just from our wedding alone, she was juggling several different requests from both me and my partner, who had surprises for each other. She was calming and bent over backwards to try and facilitate any request made.

I have not got one bad thing to say about Vaulty Manor, it truly was the best day and we have no complaints. The staff were so approachable and friendly, I thought of them as my friends during the planning!! Thank you everyone at Vaulty Manor who helped us with our big day. We are 9 weeks post wedding and cannot stop thinking about it all, it was the best experience ever and would do it all again if we could. Wish we could come back more haha!

We had our wedding at Vaulty Manor in July and we couldn't have had a better experience. From the moment we booked we had regular contact with our wedding planner and they made every request possible. The whole day was perfect from start to finish and every single member of staff including all the table staff were very helpful and really friendly. Every single person that attended the wedding have said how wonderful it was and how stunning the venue was.

Vaulty Manor was the perfect wedding venue! Beautiful location, our photos looked amazing whereever we took them. The outdoor ceremony area was perfect (we had rain that morning and right at the last second I decided I still wanted it outside and the team just got it done!). Jenny was our wedding coordinator and we just got on so well. She was happy all the time, even when I was stressing over nothing, and nothing was too much for her, even with me demanding things less than 24 hours before!
