Description
Some info about the layout of our spaces and the different hire options:
- The boat space (350 people standing capacity, 200 in a theatre set up depending on the stage size), warehouse space with huge gate on Haggerston Road, and big waterside door on Regents Canal.
- The atrium: (250 people standing capacity, 150 in a theatre set up depending on the stage size) warehouse space with additional adjacent room overlooking docks on Regents Canal, internal smoking area and outdoor yard, food trucks welcome;
- Exclusive hire of the ground floor: together with the atrium and the boat space you also get to use our green room/ production room. The gate on Haggerston Road can be easily used to load in and out with vans.
We allow a maximum of 500/600 people at once in the venue.
The standard daily price of the exclusive hire (main spaces + yard) is £20K plus vat, or £15K for one of the two main spaces, the boat space or the atrium. The fees depend as well on access times and size of your event as well as other details, and we offer consistent discounts on consecutive days.
We provide cleaning and waste disposal for £1000+vat for both in total, and we will arrange security with our partner firm who will establish the quantity of guards needed according to the production floorplan.
We are a dry hire venue so all production, furniture and catering is to be sourced separately, there are no restrictions on external suppliers, but we can refer you to those that worked with us already or I can send you some menus.
