Thank you so much for making Faye and Craig’s wedding the best day ever at Hotel La Tour last week. Just under a year ago we took a leap of faith and booked the hotel as a venue, even before the building was completed. Faye and Craig were adamant that it should be a central, easily accessible location, and so Hotel La Tour was chosen. From day one you took our requirements (some of which we weren’t sure about ourselves)! And came up with a draft plan that we worked on together, month on month, gradually getting more and more detailed with hotel visits, menu and wine tastings, and all the ‘tweaks’ and unique requests we had. You kept us informed of progress and come the big day it ran like clockwork, even the weather cooperated so that we could use the terrace for the ceremony. Thank you for coordinating our suppliers so we could enjoy the day fully from the start. We loved the fact you stayed to hear the speeches and watch the video we had made, we felt you were part of our family for their special day. Please thank everyone involved, our guests loved the venue, and we did too. So much space to move around in and use, really made it special and unique. From the beginning, Jodie took our original request and was extremely helpful in guiding us with how the day would look, and what would be included in the package. Once the wedding details were handed to Alex, it literally felt like we were the only couple she was dealing with, and that no query was too big or too small to deal with. She was extremely quick in replying (which helped save a lot of stress!) and every time I had a random thought, I knew I could pop it over to her and get a response within a day. Alex was extremely organised prior to the wedding and in our meetings was always so helpful and happy which made our experience so much easier! When it came to the wedding day, we couldn't have asked for a better person to arrange everything! From dealing with the suppliers direct, to helping with food service, to staying after her shift had finished to do what she could to help, she was just absolutely amazing! From the moment she came to my room to say 'don't worry about anything now and just enjoy your day' she was absolutely right! We were able to enjoy our day knowing that everything was taken of, and the food was absolutely amazing too! We can't thank Hotel La Tour and Alex enough for making our big day as special as it was!
