Leading up to the wedding the communication with Laura was easy and she was always so many steps ahead of me! Our wedding weekend ran so smoothly, the staff were impeccable and all our guests commented on how nice the food was. The venue is amazing. We were fortunate to have hot weather so we got married outside. The area on the lawn was set up beautifully and exactly how I asked.We had 90 guests during the day and we had nearly 50 guests stay over for 2 nights but nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone. The whole weekend was a dream come true, all of the guests loved the venue and the wedding. We have been back several times since and it feels like we are going back home. Laura, you are such a credit to this stunning place!! Thank you for everything!We got married at Holne Park House on the 17th June. The house is a great venue for a Devon wedding and we loved the beautiful grounds. We had quite a bit of rain on our wedding day and the staff were excellent at being really flexible with how we wanted things to run. We also had the house completely to ourselves from Friday to Sunday which was great to have all our family stay on site. Lots of friends also stayed in the Coach House building next door. Lots of our guests have commented that the food for our wedding breakfast was delicious and it was nice to be able to give guests three different options for food which all worked perfectly. A big thank you to Hazel and the rest of the team who helped to make our day run so well. All the staff are really professional and helpful. The wedding coordinator Laura is absolutely fantastic!! Such a big part of why we loved getting married here so much - she is on hand throughout the planning process, responds so quickly to emails and helps you think of everything, nothing is too much effort. We did not expect this level of planning support which is super helpful when you have so much to sort with a large wedding (we had 90 guests) and don't live nearby. Laura was also on hand to support everything on the wedding day itself and make sure everything ran smoothly. The weekend went without a 'hitch', Laura and the staff went above and beyond to make the whole thing seamless. They couldn't do enough for us and nothing was ever a problem. The food for the whole weekend was just delicious and plentiful. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed their experience too. The venue is stunning, the house is homely and the grounds are just beautiful. We have children and had a lot of children come too and they all had a chance to play in the park, which went down a storm. The BIGGEST thank you to you all.
