As a large hotel, our wedding venue offers everything all under one roof, complemented by supreme service, incredible menus and elegant surroundings. With a variety of options to suit all budgets, including bespoke tailor-made packages, we are right for your big day.
With a fantastic selection of licensed spaces for your wedding day, we can offer everything in one place, just your ceremony, or space for your reception after your ceremony off-site.
Enjoy the romantically classic Club Suite accommodating up to 120 for a wedding breakfast and evening reception. With a private bar, beautiful oak panelling and an outside courtyard to bring the outside in, this is an idyllic space to enjoy your day. Alongside our main Club Suite we have our Onslow and Clandon Suites, which are both modern and bright spaces. Often used for ceremonies but also smaller wedding receptions, these beautifully positioned two suites offer a great canvas for your special day.
Relax and enjoy your special fairy tale day with our team of experienced staff on hand to ensure your wedding is planned and delivered exactly the way you want it. From canapes to your wedding breakfast and through to your evening buffet, our talented chefs will prepare tasty, home cooked dishes to ensure you all enjoy a wonderful celebration.
Our wonderful couples are all offered a late music license until 1am, a variety of spaces and packages to suit your every need and a complimentary executive bedroom for the night of the wedding, along with a fantastic reduced rate for all your wedding guests!
Our all-inclusive wedding packages start from only £3,000, but we can also bespoke a package and make something extremely special, just for you.

We are very happy with our choice of venue for multiple reasons: we didn't have to move from one venue to another for the registrar and then the party, no issues with the parking for us and our guests as well and also extremely convenient for guests travelling from different parts on the country, as they could book a hotel room at a discounted rate. May I add that the breakfast there and the facilities are really good as well! Very important is also the fact that we had the support we needed in terms of planning all the details, Lara and Justina have gone above and beyond in accomodating everything for us: they are very professional, kind and approachable! Holiday Inn has also become our favourite place for going out for a coffee because of the friendly atmosphere and it's also quiet and just really pleasant overall!I cannot recommend Holiday Inn enough! This was not the first event we had held at The Holiday Inn, but it was by far the most important, and the attitude and professionalism of all the staff reflected that. From orders of tea for the MoB to a sit down meal for the wedding party the day after, the whole weekend was a joy and it was certainly unforgettable. Our number one wedding planning tip for couples is to make a plan and a to-do list. It's important to break down the tasks into manageable chunks and prioritise them. Writing down what needs to be done will help you stay organised and ensure that nothing gets overlooked. Not only that, but it will also provide a sense of accomplishment as you are able to tick off completed items!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Our favorite personal touch I've seen at a wedding was a memory table. The table was decorated with photos of the couple throughout the years, from when they were kids to their engagement photos. It was a really special and meaningful way to honor the couple's history and gave the guests a chance to see how their love has grown over the years.

Modern, flexible packages, spacious, comfortable and respectable.
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Our garden area is definitely the best spot to take photos here. The natural light is stunning, and the scenery is beautiful! It's a great place to capture some amazing memories.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We had diversity staying in the hotel and using our studio!
What’s your favourite canapé?
Our favourite canapé has to be the smoked salmon with a horseradish cream. They are so delicious and the combination of flavours is amazing, it's an elegant yet simple canapé that would be great for a wedding.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Our favorite midnight treat is definitely the bacon rolls! They're so delicious and savory and they make the perfect snack.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
One of our venue's most unique features would be the beautiful private outside terrace that is off the Club Suite. With the romantic lights and ambiance, it is the perfect extended space for the bride and groom and guests
What part of your business are you most proud of?
I'm extremely proud of the staff here at Holiday Inn Guildford. They always go above and beyond to make sure our couples have a great experience. Our staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our customers have a positive experience. They truly make our business stand out and I'm so proud of the amazing work they do every day.
