Thank you all so so much for such an amazing day. From start to finish it was incredible. We couldn’t have asked for more and the service you all gave was amazing. Everyone has commented on how amazing all the staff were and how they couldn’t do enough for us all! Food was delicious and the room set up was exactly how I wanted it. Thank you all again for helping to make our wedding absolutely perfect and a night none of us will forget. Thank you all so so much for such an amazing day. From start to finish it was incredible. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. comments from guests that the buffet was the best they’ve ever had at a wedding! Shan was so amazing too and made sure that everything in the evening went to plan! Thank you to yourself for all of your help with the planning and on the day! Nothing was too much for him, he helped calm nerves and a lot of family & friends said how Lovely a polite he was. It was everything and more! Thanks to all the staff who helped on the Day! Thank you for everything we had the best day it was everything we ever imagined and all of our guests had such a time everyone's still talking about it! All the staff were amazing and we can’t thank them enough! making sure it was all perfect an calming us both down, Jordan constantly checking on us an always helping me with me dress when everyone else had ran off, nothing was too much for anyone. Your planning & organisation months leading up to the wedding has been brilliant and we couldn’t have planned it as well as we did if it wasn’t for you. I was blown away by the gift from the hotel what a thoughtful gift to remind us of our special dayWhat an amazing day we had! We would love to thank you & your team family & friends have said how amazing the place looked, staff were amazing and went any level to help, Sophie didn't like any of the sandwich so we asked if she could have some ham ones making and then next thing they were there for her which she loved. Everyone complimented the food, they were right we totally loved our choices. The experience from start to finish was brilliantly planned & organised. Our guests have not stopped talking about the whole weekend from the wonderful waterways location with stunning views to the well presented Mercer Suite, & the lovely food! All the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very well presented with good clean accommodation.We would just like to thank you and all the team at the Holiday Inn for making our stay & Wedding Party such a memorable occasion. Well what can we say, We had the most perfect day, all thanks to you Nadiya & your amazing team. Couldn't believe the room transformation, it was fabulous. Everything we asked for was delivered and more. The little extras made it all the more special, the dance floor, champagne in our room and our personalised padlock, I nearly cried at that point! I know you work with a fabulous team but we know it was really down to you and your excellent co-ordination skills that made our day so fabulous. Well what can we say, We had the most perfect day, all thanks to you Nadiya & your amazing team. Couldn't believe the room transformation, it was fabulous. From the first visit to our meal tasting and right up to the big day nothing was ever too much trouble for wedding coordinator Nadiya and the rest of the staff at the holiday inn Ellesmere Port. The day itself went perfectly, the service was gorgeous, the drinks reception was lovely and the wedding breakfast was delicious as was the evening buffet. The DJ was great in the evening too, he met us before the wedding and asked what sort of music we liked and if there were any Songs we definitely didn’t want which I thought was great because it meant I could put a ban on anything that I was going to hate! So many of my guests complimented the staff at the hotel and the wedding itself. I couldn’t have been happier… if you want to put your dream day in safe hands and get an incredible bargain with their wedding packages then don’t hesitate to book this venue.
