Available for exclusive use and licensed to host ceremonies, you can have an unforgettable celebration in one place.
Facilities and Capacity
Bursting with history, parts of Hoath House can be traced back to the early Tudor era. A beautiful culmination of oak beams, serene gardens, and well-appointed function rooms, the experienced and dedicated team invites you to make the venue your home for the entirety of your milestone. The house has a selection of ornate rooms for your ceremony that will set the scene for romantic vows, with the Library and Drawing Room featuring views across the High Weald. Why not take proceedings into the manicured, six-acre garden during the warmer months? Lush with one hundred different plant types, the garden offers a grand stage to begin married life together. For your wedding breakfast and evening reception, you can choose between indoors, the garden, or a marquee. Anywhere from 40 - 250 loved ones can join you for your milestone occasion. This stunning setting also offers a range of accommodations ideal for you and your guests. Sleeping up to 80, you can extend your stay that little bit longer in this slice of Kent paradise.

Harry and the team were on hand to help us with whatever we needed and the whole wedding weekend ran faultlessly. Hoath House is the perfect venue if you want a super relaxed vibe and a day you can really make your own without limitations. I wish we could do it all over again! Originally we hoped to have our wedding in June 2020, but Covid restrictions put paid to that, and Sept was our 3rd date! Throughout the whole process Richard was really helpful, giving us useful information on current guidelines, money saving tips and helping us work through our plans with a calm manner that put us at our ease. Richard’s calm approach really helped both in the lead up to the wedding and on the day. We always found he was approachable and responsive with our many questions and also liaised with suppliers on our behalf, which was really valuable as it took a few things off our long ‘to do’ list. Hoath House itself was a wonderful place to get married. It feels like a hidden gem in the Kent countryside, tucked away in a beautiful valley. The house is amazing! Everyone who stayed thought the house was brilliant, they loved the history and the rooms that you keep finding! The children had a wonderful time playing hide and seek in the house and gardens! We booked it for our wedding as we had family coming from outside the UK, so they all have a place to stay. I fell in love with the area and the patio area is so romantic. Due to the pandemic unfortunately we had to cancel the wedding because it was impossible for our families to come to UK. Richard has been nothing but helpful and understanding with the whole situation . I can't recommend this place enough, for everyone that is looking for a manor house. This is definitely the place This place is extremely beautiful and it had so many rooms !! We booked it for our wedding as we had family coming from outside the UK, so they all have a place to stay. I fell in love with the area and the patio area is so romantic. Due to the pandemic unfortunately we had to cancel the wedding because it was impossible for our families to come to UK. The house is clean and incredibly well equipped, while not loosing its sense of charm and beautiful historic, traditional values. A large marque was available to us, as well as the swimming pool and tennis courts. The owner is so amenable, and always makes sure whatever you need is sorted. His gorgeous old retriever plods about with him and loves a fuss... this is just the most perfect wedding venue. Thank you Richard for such a beautiful house for my brothers big day.Hoath house is simply stunning, we recently went for my brothers wedding.
