The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, and Amanda's presence throughout the day reassured us that everything was in capable hands. We were blown away by the accommodating atmosphere.

Our wedding at Hillbark Hotel was a dream come true. The combination of breathtaking venues, excellent food, and attentive staff made our day unforgettable. The outdoor space was perfect for capturing stunning photos. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue.

Amanda and her team at Hillbark Hotel are simply exceptional. Amanda was always on hand to answer our questions and offer guidance throughout the planning process. Her expertise and calm demeanor made us feel completely at ease, ensuring our wedding day ran seamlessly. The food exceeded all expectations, and having Graham the pianist at our wedding added such a magical touch.

What a beautiful venue, my daughter was married her last week and Amanda & Charlotte were absolutely amazing. They made the day run so smoothly. Food, venue, staff - the best you could ask for. From booking the wedding they have been absolutely fantastic. Nothing had been too much trouble. The Hotel is stunning and spacious, so even when it rained there was still plenty of room for anyone to move around. Perfect venue for the perfect day.

An amazing personal experience from a 5-star hotel. The staff had the operations exactly right, from friendly and interested to perfectly professional. Every detail was catered for, from a pot of tea in our room to arranging our transportation to a nearby venue. The whole experience made us feel like we were visiting family. We will definitely be back.

We had the most perfect afternoon at Hillbark yesterday. What a stunning venue with warm welcoming staff. Special thanks to Mark for taking care of us and serving us drinks both in the lounge and glorious garden. We sipped champagne and enjoyed the delicious seafood small plates. What a treat and memorable time out from our busy lives.

We stayed the night and had dinner and breakfast at the Hillbark Hotel, having booked our room well ahead. The service was unfailingly helpful and courteous the the ensuite room more than we expected, and food and service excellent. Would definitely recommend a visit.

The hotel was absolutely stunning and the elegant Christmas decorations were perfect. The team simply went above and beyond what was expected and exceeded our high expectations. The food and service was excellent and we were married in the Great Hall which is simply spectacular, especially by candlelight! Our guests were wowed by the Hotel and we had the most wonderful day. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a special place to be married or for any other important occasion.

From the first meeting with Amanda the Events Director and Charlotte the Wedding Coordinator, to the wine tasting afternoon selecting our wedding drinks with Craig the Owner from their vast cellars, and our bespoke wedding cake made in-house by Emily. The service on the day by the whole team was perfect with timing of each stage meticulous yet fun, full of joy and laughter. 5 * in every way.
