Our wonderful barns offer great flexibility for expressing imagination and creativity. The large hay barn, complete with huge inglenook fireplace and chandeliers can seat up to 164 guests alone, with the additional interlinking barn suitable for receptions and ceremonies. Throughout, the vibe is cool, glamorous and yet rustic.
Outside, the courtyard and walled rose garden look out across unspoilt countryside with far reaching views providing a beautiful setting for the bride and groom’s arrival, sipping Champagne and mingling amongst friends.
For larger events, there is ample space for additional structures such as marquees, tipis or stretch tents.
Our catering and event management is provided by Caper & Berry who have gained a singular reputation for creating stunning food with exceptional style, service and attention to detail.
Whether you are planning a traditional wedding breakfast, a lavish barbecue, amazing canapés or sensational street food served from food trucks, Caper & Berry will work with you to help bring your ideas to life in the most imaginative way possible.

I had the pleasure of photographing Jen & Dom's wedding in December 2021, on one of the coldest days of the year - but the staff at High Billinghurst Farm were brilliant, making sure everyone was warm, fed with great food and delivered excellent service. Would highly recommend this venue and would love to capture more beautiful weddings here in the future! This venue is such a beautiful venue, and the perfect backdrop for a rustic wedding. - LLucy & David07/07/2022We cannot thank you enough.We cannot thank you enough.We finally got married in November this year- 3rd time lucky at High Billinghurst Farm and it was magical!! Through the whole process of date changes, and Covid worries Tom and Sally-Anne couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Everything on the day went perfectly, helped by Chris who was on hand throughout the day of set up and on the wedding itself to make sure everything went smoothly. Our guests were blown away by the venue and the dancefloor did not empty until the band finally said we had to call it a night! Caper and Berry as the recommended caterers were fantastic, and all our other suppliers commented on what a wonderful venue it was to work at both from a communication perspective before the event, but also on the day its self. We cannot thank you enough for making our day everything we wanted it to be and more! Nothing was too much to ask and we felt we were able to do pretty much whatever we wanted to make our wedding day exactly what we imagined. The venue and surrounding areas are a sight to behold, and made for some stunning photos. All in all, the perfect place to have our day.High Billinghurst Farm was the most perfect place for our wedding day. Tom, Sally-Ann and Chris were friendly, helpful and professional. Beautiful, relaxed, professional.We very highly recommend High Billinghurst if you are looking to get married in a beautiful, relaxed, professional and intimate venue. Whilst the venue holds a high number of people, we got married during Covid this year so had a 30 person limit, but had the best day! From the moment we contacted Tom at High Billinghurst only 4 months before our chosen date, he was absolutely fantastic. Very calm, professional and accommodating. It's lovely to work with family owned businesses, and you can see the heart and soul from Tom & his team, including his General Manager Chris who was lovely and contributed to making the day wonderful! Weddings are wonderful days, but made all the better by the kindness and lovely nature of the people that make the day happen! I've attached a few photos of the venue as I don't think words can do it justice, it's so beautiful. Despite having plans to use outside, it rained on the day and so we had to revert to Plan B & host the whole thing inside - the team were amazing at re-jigging without bothering us, (including re-jigging timings as we were an hour late due to terrible rain & traffic!), but the venue is so beautiful inside, it was as lovely as Plan A!We very highly recommend High Billinghurst if you are looking to get married in a beautiful, relaxed, professional and intimate venue.
