The cottages and the lodges were very well appointed, the facilities were amazing and the staff were genuinely among the most hospitable and welcoming people I have met. They really made us feel welcome and enabled us to enjoy and savour every moment of the celebrations. I had the absolute pleasure of spending 4 nights at Hidden Oaks, to celebrate my son's wedding. We had the absolute best time. The cottages and the lodges were very well appointed, the facilities were amazing and the staff were genuinely among the most hospitable and welcoming people I have met. They really made us feel welcome and enabled us to enjoy and savour every moment of the celebrations.

Having all the cottages on site was perfect for us and something you don’t get with most wedding venues, our guests were blown away with how nice they were. Mollie was amazing throughout the planning process guiding us through each step. We began the weekend with Friday drinks in the barn for everyone staying at the amazing cottages on site. The day itself was amazing and ran smoothly and so well organised by Mollie and the team who were on hand to help with everything.A weekend we will cherish forever! We fell in love with Hidden Oaks as soon as we viewed it. Mollie was amazing throughout the planning process guiding us through each step. Yes, Hidden Oaks offers three beautiful licensed ceremony spaces to choose from. Couples can exchange vows in our elegant indoor ceremony space, our stunning outdoor setting surrounded by the beauty of the grounds, or our main wedding reception room, which is also licensed. This gives you the flexibility to choose the perfect backdrop for your ceremony, whatever the season or style of your wedding.

Our hidden spa offers the ultimate place to relax and unwind, featuring a stunning 15m pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, and tranquil relaxation areas. Guests can also enjoy a range of indulgent treatments, creating the perfect opportunity to recharge and enjoy a moment of calm before or after the celebrations.

Exclusive Wedding Weekends, giving you private use of the venue from the afternoon before your wedding until midday the following day.
How many guests can Hidden Oaks host?
100 guests for your daytime wedding celebrations, with a maximum of 150 in the evening.
Is a bar included in the wedding package?
Yes! Our staffed bar is included as part of your wedding package, offering a range of beverages for you and your guests to enjoy.
Do you offer corckage?
We don't offer a corkage option. However, our team can help you explore the drinks available through our bar.

No, we don't have a minimum guest number or minimum spend requirement. Our aim is to help you create a wedding that feels right for you, whether you're planning a more intimate celebration or a larger gathering.
