We had the most magical Christmas wedding at Hengrave Hall. From the moment we were shown around, I knew it was the one. Aside from the stunning venue and on site church, the experience we received was better than we could have ever wished for, from start to finish. From comms via emails, to many visits, to setting up and running the day, even the small things like helping me and my bridesmaids on the morning of our wedding - Hengrave went above and beyond for us, and our wedding ran seamlessly.

My husband and I chose Hengrave Hall because it ticked all of our boxes. Joint must have - Somewhere local for us? ✅ Bride’s must have - Somewhere with a church? ✅ Groom’s must have - Somewhere with a beautiful house for the reception? ✅ Once we visited, we knew it was the only place we wanted to get married. We waited patiently for the books for 2024 to open (we’d gone to view in 2021 and books opened in 2022) and literally booked our date the day we were able to. We cannot thank the staff enough for making the day run as smoothly as it did. They’re all so good at their jobs and were able to make everything feel stress-free and allow us to have the most amazing day possible. We had comments from guests about how slick the day felt and how well the staff accommodated everyone. Our day was perfect and Hengrave Hall made that all possible.

From our first visit and throughout our weekend of celebrations the team at Hengrave Hall were always very helpful, responsive and nothing was too much trouble! The venue itself is magnificent and spending the weekend there with friends and family was simply magical! Special memories we will cherish forever.

Hengrave was the best choice for our wedding day. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and so did all of our guests. The beauty of the place was commented on by everyone. The staff are also incredible and very friendly. 100% recommend!!

My partner and I got married this September and I cannot put into words how magical and beautiful Hengrave Hall is. The staff are unbelievable kind, professional, calm, supportive and accommodating in particular Jennie one of the wedding co-ordinators. She kept things calm when I had a bit of a moment and resolved all issues whilst being mindful of the high emotions on the day. As for the grounds they are exceptional and it’s mind blowing that only 2 grounds men keep the grounds so exquisite. Every single one of our guests said the grounds and garden and venue was so beautiful. I could not recommend more for a fairy tale princess wedding all my dreams have come true thanks to this beautiful place.

Hengrave Hall ticks all the boxes for a fairy tale wedding setting. The incredibly well-maintained building along with its gardens set the ideal scene. The staff are very helpful, responsive and organised. Overnight rooms are beautiful and provide a lot of capacity. The event flowed flawlessly and our guests had a fabulous time. Would certainly recommend to anyone considering it.

Hengrave & Talbooth combined are a phenomenal duo that create a wedding day you can only dream of. From arrival to departure the service was attentive and seamless. The staff were always on hand working tirelessly in the background to make sure things go exactly as planned but they do it with finesse and stealth, they are everywhere but you wouldn’t know it, they make it look effortless. Big shout out to Izzy, Tom & Lauren who guided us through our day and were always on hand to assist. Extremely professional, friendly and well versed in managing a wedding day. It’s all the little things; escorting guests to their rooms, setting out the decorations you bring with you to the venue, managing your supply chain, holding your dress of the floor in the rain but crouching down so that they can’t be seen in the photos, holding your things during photos, making sure you have a glass of champagne and a canapé amongst all the meet and greets, guiding you to a quiet retreat so that the newly weds can get a couple of moments to them selves, making sure the microphones were in the correct hands at the correct times and jumping behind the bar when things get busy, the list goes on. As a Project Manager myself I find it very hard to relinquish control of any situation but these guys are something else! Masters in their field and not for one second did I need worry about a single thing. Prior to the wedding day Hengrave were always on hand to answer questions and welcomed us to the venue more than once so we could make our plans, and the meetings with Talbooth to plan the more finite details, including the food tasting will put your mind at ease. You will soon realise your wedding day is in very safe hands. We had 100 people at our Wedding Breakfast and the food was just superb! Cooked to perfection! Our guests were so complimentary. Not to mention that Hengrave, the grounds and their private chapel is just the most beautiful venue you could imagine. We highly recommend using Hengraves preferred supply chain, they know that venue like the back of their hand and you reap the benefits when it comes to your church service & photos etc. We cannot stop reliving every single moment, we are in awe with how absolutely perfect our day was, and we cannot say Thank You enough! I could go on and on but there is not enough words to express how absolutely fabulous this venue and their staff are! Thank you so much xx

We recently celebrated our wedding at Hengrave Hall, and it was an unforgettable experience. When we got engaged, Hengrave was the first, and ended up being the only venue we looked at, because when you know, you know! From the stunning grounds, the drive up, the beautiful main house and all of its character and not forgetting the beautifully intimate chapel all on one site, for me was a dream come true and provided a picturesque backdrop for our special day. It gives total castle / royalty vibes. Our guests were in awe about the venue and the exceptional service of food and drink provided by Milsom’s catering. The coordination between the staff ensured everything ran smoothly, from the ceremony to the reception. We felt cared for and valued as clients, and the dedication to making our day special was apparent especially with the rain! Hengrave Hall, thank you for making our wedding day so special and a memory we’ll hold deeply forever. You were a dream. We’ll be back again to see you soon.
