From the moment we just popped in to enquire, Danny was nothing but welcoming. Him and Lucy took care of our every need with constant communication and advice. At one point Danny even assisted putting Marie’s shoes on. absolutely nothing was too much trouble. From liaising with third parties to making our families feel so welcome. Staff were friendly pleasant and very obliging. Food was excellent as well as the rooms and the service given. Danny and Lucy could not have done any more to make her day so memorable. Our whole experience at Hempstead House, from the first planning meeting to the actual day, was amazing beyond what we ever imagined. Lucy made the planning and organising so stress free and enjoyable, recommending an amazing photographer (Samantha Jones) and cake maker ( The Cake Witch) and made us feel like nothing was too much through the whole process. Danny…well what can we say..the man was a legend as Master of Ceremonies!Where do I start?! The first for 60 guests in 2018 and the second for 20 guests this April. We were very pleased with the service for both occasions. Everything was perfect.
