This unique hotel has undergone an extensive 2 year refurbishment and is licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. With 51 luxury bedrooms, onsite deluxe catering, spa and unlimited parking for your guests, Guildford Manor Hotel lets you celebrate your whole wedding day in one place. Hardly any other venue has all the perfect aspects for weddings like Guildford Manor Hotel does, being only a short drive away from Guildford Town Centre and a few miles from the M25, Guildford Manor Hotel is easily accessible.
Enjoy the beauty of the gardens from the Bloomsbury Suite, a bright and airy room, perfect for a luxurious ceremony. Alternatively, the picturesque Pavilion offers an ideal setting for an outdoor ceremony, surrounded by beautiful Surrey countryside, a fairy tale location for a special moment.
After the ceremony, relax and enjoy a welcome drink with your guests before being seated in the grand Lytton Suite for dining and dancing, complete with own private bar! Both rooms provide doors and windows to the countryside view as well as access to the grounds and gardens for those special wedding day photos.
From a sophisticated afternoon tea, to formal dining or a barbeque in the private courtyard, we offer you the opportunity to tailor your wedding day to your wishes, however we highly recommend that all brides come and have a look around to visualise their big day!

Very organised , quick reply’s to questions and nothing was ever to much to help us. We were invited to taste and choose our menu which I have to say was perfection. On the day , everything was just so perfect , embraced the whole day , the staff were just so attentive to everyone’s needs. The spa, gym and pool were all glorious and spacious. Nothing was too much for the reception team, and Tessa who was our coordinator was quite simply a queen. She made us feel at ease from the moment we met her. The wedding went without a hitch, the food was simply put- devine. Even people that didnt like fish liked this fish. Phenomenal. Also, try and find the peacock if you can - my wife loved him… would definitely recommend though I think you’d get the best value on a sunny day to be able to maximise the outdoor space for photos - so aim for spring and summer. The space is lovely for the amount of guests we had (60ish), and really corresponded well with our styling. The outdoor space is brilliant too and very well kept. A wonderful combination of traditional and modern provided us with the most beautiful setting in the Surrey Hills. Watching deer leaping across the fields while sipping coffee on the balcony at 6am on our wedding morning was spectacularly tranquil and a picture I will never forget. Unfortunately we were going to have the ceremony outside, but at the crucial point it rained, so it was hurriedly moved inside, but it all went off without a hitch. The food was lovely, the grounds, the set up, just was all as I had hoped it would be. I would love to do it all over again, so I can hold on to the memories better, as it all went past so fast.It was an amazing day. Can’t fault the staff and team on the day, it went really smoothly. We have had so many wonderful weddings, it is impossible to pick just one! Every wedding has been beautiful and unique in its own special way.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
My number 1 tip for planning your wedding, is to get a joint email address. You will receive so many from different supplier emails, so just makes it easier to keep in one place and not miss anything.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
My favorite personal touch which I've seen was when a couple got a photo from each guests Facebook and had them printed as Polaroids and used them as place names. They were funny photos so made everyone laugh as they were find their seats.

Stunning, Elegant, Blissful, Secluded, Magical.
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Definitely our pavilion! Not only is it a beautiful place to have your ceremony but the photo opportunities are simply magical.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Not as yet but this is something we'll definitely be hoping for in the future!
What’s your favourite canapé?
My favorite canape has to be the 'Halloumi skewers, grilled vegetables and roasted vine tomatoes'! They are absolutely delicious and a crowd favorite
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
An espresso martini, just to keep me going that little bit longer.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Our most unique feature is definitely our private terrace where we can offer beautiful summer BBQ's and delicious hog roasts!
