The day ran really smoothly with literally 0 glitches or issues. We want to take this opportunity to thank Rose; what a wonderful person she is. Alister, our master of ceremonies, well, we love him. He took such care of us, walking from my room down to the suite. The nicest man. We had our wedding here on the 18th of October, and it was nothing short of perfect. It was everything we could have dreamt of and so much more. Emma, I have to start with you. The ambiance of the hotel, attention to detail and friendly enthusiast staff, all were brilliant 🤩 the food is exceptional, and heartfelt thanks go to the kitchen staff and waiters who went out of their way to ensure my nut allergy guests felt safe eating their chosen menus. We are still receiving so many lovely compliments about what a brilliant weekend it was. The big day.. we had Emma as our wedding coordinator and she was amazing. All our questions and last minute changes were all accommodated nothing was too much trouble. We really could not have wished for a better day every tiny detail and every element was absolutely perfect.Well… Where can I start. We recently attended a wedding here and the staff went above and beyond. We had a Coeliac, vegan and vegetarian in our immediate party. The hotel were very knowledgeable about dietary requirements and we discussed our food options/choices prior to coming. From the wedding breakfast to the evening buffet every detail was thoughtfully considered. They went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for and included.I never write reviews but feel I should highly recommend this hotel.
